You are in the heart of Silver Lake Village--Lift tickets, restaurants, ski and mountain bike shops and rentals are just out the building door. Five ski lifts converge here for easy access to all Deer Valley areas. Stein Eriksen Lodge and Spa are within walking distance. Park your car in free covered parking, go up the elevator, and you're there. The comforts of home and more are yours. The free local bus stops just east of the building. Downtown Park City is 3. miles away. Just 45 minutes from the Salt Lake Airport. Enjoy three ski resorts within minutes of the property. Lift served mountain biking, hiking, and outdoor concerts are popular in the summer at Deer Valley. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with 1-2 children with the queen sofa bed. Pros:- Location to Silver Lake mid-mountain lifts. Literally a 5 minute walk. We did not use the Royal Plaza ski storage - only the Deer Valley overnight ski storage- Underground reserved parking- Clean and tidy unit- Comfortable bed - we did not use pull out sofa- Humidifiers- Very well stocked including coffee, filters, spices, cooking utensils, towels, laundry detergent and softener and cleaning supplies. - Lots of closet and storage space- Excellent communication with host- Easy check out instructionsCon- Unit windows are directly above the Silver Lake loading dock and delivery trucks start early in the morning - back up beeping at 5am- If you are mobility challenged, it may be difficult to get in and out of tub/shower - it's a large step in.Overall, this is a wonderful unit for a couple or a small family and we would rent again - mostly due to location and ease of parking.

Excellent location if you just want to ski and then cook in the condo. Literally steps away from the mid mountain lifts where you can get to any part of the mountain easily. Also just steps away from the free shuttle into town which runs about every half hour and takes 10 min; to get to the market requires a transfer but that is easy and frequent. Condo is very clean, quiet, comfortable and well laid out; with a comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, humidifier, boot dryer, and washer dryer. No community hot tub but they have a Jacuzzi tub in the condo. Only concern of ours is that it was awkward getting in/out of the tub/shower and would have liked a grab bar there. Not a lot of night life or evening restaurant choices in Silver Lake; better to go into town for this. For us, the place was perfect and we would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy apartment located in the center Silver Lake. It's a five minute walk to the lifts and we found having the ski locker downstairs was very convenient. We'll be returning for sure!

Condo is steps from the lifts at Silver Lake Lodge and has a ski locker. Bed was very comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was clean and worked well. Plenty of pots and pans, serving bowls, and other equipment in the kitchen. Good supplies for the laundry and bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

Ski in, ski out!

Located about two minutes from the lift at Silver Lake and with free ski check provided by Deer Valley we used the provided ski locker to store our "ski-tube". The condo was clean and very well stocked. Absolutely no complaints!We plan on renting this unit when we return to Deer Valley.

We love the mountains and outdoor activities. Our children have grown up skiing and enjoying mountain activities. We love coming to the condo to either ski in the winter, get cool from the heat of the lower valleys in the summer, or enjoy the fall colors and nice autumn days

Why they chose this property

Deer Valley is truly a unique ski and summer resort--every thing is first class. We love having the opportunity to be right in the middle of it. Our permanent home is only an hour away, so we like having a beautiful condo with great skiing right at the doorstep.

What makes this property unique

The 3rd floor condo is close to everything for winter and summer fun. Lifts are just a few yards from the door, parking and condo access are super convenient. Park City downtown is 3.5 miles away.
