Direct Gulf front 2 bedroom plus den with futon and 2 bathroom coastal comfy condo. 2 Week Minimum rental. The living room is Gulf front with slider to balcony. Watch amazing sunsets nightly, enjoy the sound of the surf and watching for dolphins. Relax the day away in the living room that has a large flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player. The condo also has FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE long distance to US and Canada. Make the perfect family meal or pack a beach picnic in the full-sized fully equipped and updated kitchen, it is the perfect touch of home. The Gulf-front master bedroom has King size bed and sliding glass door to balcony. There is a TV with cable and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large counter space and a step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, ceiling fan, TV with cable and view of Intracoastal Waterway. The den has a Queen click-clack futon, perfect for extra sleeping area. No need to over pack, there is a Washer/Dryer right in the condo. Sand Castle 1 community has a beachside Heated Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. Time to take a break from the sun, the Community Recreation room right off the pool area has the pool bathrooms, ping pong table, foosball table and lending library with reading area.

Best on the beach

Location was awesome, the pictures do not disappoint, views are as shown!! Unbelievable!!!! The property grounds were being cleaned and maintained everyday. Very clean. Best pool, hot tub was perfect. Our favorite place by far, we will be back !!!

Perfect vacation spot

We had an amazing time in our condo on Indian Rocks Beach! The building might need a couple of minor updates, but it is very clean and well maintained. The landscaping is really beautiful. The condo itself is extremely clean, well decorated with fresh bedding and towels. The view is absolutely stunning! Even better than the pictures! The beach is literally just steps away from the elevator. There are endless options for dining, shopping and sightseeing the area. We truly enjoyed our best beach vacation ever!

Construction noise and parking issues otherwise nice place

Condo overall was nice and very clean. Perfect view with sunset. There was construction across the street and they started pretty early with all their heavy equipment and yelling to each other. Kids hated waking up to that. We were assigned a parking spot and one night we came back and someone is parked in our spot. There were no guest parking available. Also no handicap spaces available in the whole parking lot. Tried to contact the property manager but went to after hours answering service and never heard back from them. I called my rental company after hours and was told the over flow parking is 1.4 miles away. Very inconvenient to say the least. Other than those 2 issues we had a great time.

Beautiful location

This was a beautiful location- and just right for a family of 5 or 6. I felt the property could have been cleaned better, but the listing was accurate and the view was amazing!

The unit was just as it was pictured on VRBO. The view was amazing! We had all the basics we needed for a great beach vacation. Loved it!

Beautiful location and view of the beach. Only complaint is the main bathroom plumbing of the sink and shower needs fixed.

We were disappointed and felt that there were a lot of issues inside the condo and with the property

When we first walked up to the door of the condo, the screen door was broken. The screen was coming out of the frame and the frame was bent. The paint was chipping on the door to the condo. Inside the condo, we also had issues. The lights were not working properly, the dvd player in the master bedroom didn't work, the remote didn't work in the master bedroom, when you used the tub in the second bathroom it did not drain properly so you were standing in water during your shower, the couch was extremely uncomfortable. Three of us tried to watch a movie and it completely sunk in the middle. With the property outside of the condo, we also ran into issues. It was a chiller week and for one full day, the hot tub was freezing and did not have hot water, we tried to cook on the grill and the burners were completely rusted, plus it took a lot longer for it to cook our food. There was a rec room advertised with a ping pong table. There was one ball and then you could buy balls from the vending machine for $.75.We tried to buy more because someone took/broke the one ball and the vending machine was broken. Again, it was a chilly week so this was one thing my kids could have done but were not able to. The customer service with Plumlee was not impressive. When we called about the rec room, the Plumlee representative quickly told us they do not handle the property outside the condo and gave us a number (the first we were given was not even correct). As a vacationer, I strongly believe that the two managing companies should work together and not expect the customer to be calling around to figure out how to get something fixed. She hung up the phone and didn't ask how she could help. We did call the managing company for the property and never received a phone call back and the vending machine was still broken until the day we left. The Plumlee representatives were not extremely helpful in providing information when we were in the office. Example, is that when we came in on a Saturday, we asked about renting chairs and were told we could rent them at any time. When we went back on Monday to rent them, we were asked if we reserved them because they had limited supply. Never mentioned on Saturday when we asked. They also didn't have much to provide or did not direct us when asked about things to do during a colder week. Small details add up and really can make a difference in an experience. We will not come back and unfortunately ended up leaving early.
