There is a DVD in the living room and Washer/Dryer is right in the unit for added convenience. The head-on views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscaping just below the balcony can be seen from both the living room and the master bedroom. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to the US and Canada. The pool deck has new lounge chairs and a number of tables and chairs as well. There is a large Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and both charcoal and gas grills. There is also a coin laundry available on the 2nd floor as an option. Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
