Located in Ponta Delgada on the beautiful island of São Miguel in the Azores, our development is located approximately 1 km from the city center, and is conveniently located close to the airport, the island's main hospital, and other amenities that will make your stay more enjoyable.
Our suites are ideal for those looking for a comfortable stay, in a quiet area, in contact with nature and close to the city.
It will always be possible to book two connecting suites or even several suites in the same unit, for the convenience of your family or group of friends.
Designed with cozy decor, they provide a peaceful environment. Equipped with all modern amenities for a pleasant stay, they have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, living room with sofa bed and TV, private bathroom with shower base, and a fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances and utensils.
We ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay.
To improve the experience of those who choose us for their vacation, some common amenities have been designed. A flower garden, with species endemic of the Azores, with a leisure and relaxation area consisting of a jacuzzi and a solarium area with sun loungers, as well as a small gym with free access.
For moments of greater privacy, we offer the possibility of reserving our indoor spa with jacuzzi and sauna for exclusive use.
In addition to the amenities, the development has a self-service laundry.
Our guests can park their car in a free public parking lot less than 40 meters from the property.

Nice place to stay

The place was clean and exactly as described. Quiet area and not far from the center. The airport is only 5 minutes away by taxi. We were able to check in early at 9am with no additional charge.

Adult sons first trip to the Azores

We were in the Azores to visit the islands that my parents are from (Santa Maria and Faial). This was the first visit for my two adult sons (20 and 23). We stayed in Sao Miguel for three days and were very happy with our stay. The place was in perfect condition and everything was modern and up to a NYC high standard.

Solid Apartment

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is modern and welcoming at the same time. Landscaping is top notch. We enjoyed just hanging out on the patio and the shared area in the back seemed really nice as well. Only thing that I think could be improved is the pricing for the washer/dryer. For a load to wash and dry it is €11

Great short stay

I would highly recommend to stay at these appointments. We came for a week with our 6m old baby. Sofia was super responsive from the beginning until the end. The apartment was clean and everything was as expected. They even prepared baby crib, chair and bathtub. If we ever come back we would definitely use this place again!

Modern and clean

The flat is spotless, well equipped, with air con. Ultra modern and nicely deco as pictures shown. Plenty of spaces and storage. You have a downstairs tiny gym, sauna and jacuzzi (all brand new, we didnt use none of it as too hot ). Quiet area at about an easy 20min walking distance from the centre. We had the flat upstairs with balcony facing street(maybe to specify if you'd like a garden/garden view).We appreciated the local little gifts at our arrival. Talked to the owner and son who were very friendly. Our stay there was perfect . Thank you!

Modern, clean flat in very good location

We stayed in the flat for a week as a family with a toddler under 2. It was very clean, plenty of space and modern furnishings. Very good location, there is a large supermarket nearby, the town centre and the marina are about 1.2 km away on foot. The hostess was friendly and helpful and always responded very quickly to enquiries. We were provided with a high chair and were able to change rooms so we didn't have to walk up the stairs with the stroller. There is also an outdoor hot tub and a small sauna that can be used. You can hear aeroplanes during the day as the airport is only about 8 km away. But it didn't bother us. Our child found it interesting. It was a pity that we didn't have a terrace. This was not mentioned in the booking confirmation. As the flats have the same price, this is not understandable for us. If a terrace is important, we recommend explicitly asking the hostess for a flat with a terrace. Overall, however, we can recommend the accommodation. Everything you need is available, you can even wash and dry your clothes in the house (for a fee). We would book the flat again.
