Ground floor: living room, fully furnished and equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, dedicated pantry area with 2 refrigerators, guest bathroom
The "Bell'orizzonte" restaurant is a 7-minute drive away
THE POOL IS NOT FOR EXCLUSIVE USE
Use of the private pool is restricted to guests of the Borgo only
Children and teenagers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for them and is able to intervene in case of need.
Young children are not permitted to be near the pool without their parents or guardians.
A CAR IS RECOMMENDED TO FACILITATE TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE PROPERTY
