Have a good stay

The house itself is lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, and the bathrooms are in good condition. However, there are a couple of things that were disappointing. The check-in and check-out times mean that you arrive from 4 p.m. on the first day and have to leave by 10 a.m. on the last day, which effectively means losing almost a full day of your stay. We asked the owner if we could have a late check-out, especially as we had only used one of the four bedrooms, but unfortunately this was not possible. The other issue is the swimming pool. From mid-September onwards, it is in the shade and the water is very cold, so unfortunately it is pretty much unusable. Overall, the house itself is very nice and comfortable, but the check-in/check-out arrangements and the pool being unusable at that time of year are worth bearing in mind when booking. the 4 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. check-out effectively reduce the stay by almost a day. We asked for a late check-out, especially as we had only used one of the four bedrooms, but this was refused. Also, from mid-September the pool is mostly in the shade and far too cold to use. Overall, a lovely house, but these points are worth considering when booking.

A quiet refuge in the heart of Mallorca, since we saw the photos on the web we loved it. Booking with you was an excellent decision, you met our expectations, my friends and I are very happy to have enjoyed a vacation in a fantastic place. Townhouse 😉

It is a charming and very village house... we liked its proximity to the village of Porreres, we enjoyed the summer in the private pool, we spent a very relaxing vacation on the cozy terrace, which was perfect to enjoy a good wine.

Lovely house

From the very first moment, the attention at the booking was exceptional. The house, with its perfectly preserved Mallorcan charm, offered us a cosy and authentic stay. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is located inside the house, providing us with a private and relaxing space.

We absolutely loved staying here

We absolutely loved staying here. Porreres is a quiet town but comes alive at different times of the day and we felt welcome by the locals. We discovered so many new places on the island from here. The house was so peaceful, very well provisioned and made our stay very enjoyable. The little touches made such a difference. Parking wasn’t a problem for us as we enjoyed the walk around the town and you can drive to the door. We just chose to park where it was more spacious. I’d love to come back again some time!

Lovely townhouse with pool

Very comfortable and well-equipped house in the picturesque village of Porreres. We enjoyed spending our holiday surrounded by the inhabitants of the village. The famous white beach Es Trenc is only a few minutes away by car. There is a lovely market in Porreres every Tuesday, with a good atmosphere and lots of fresh vegetables. Best Liam

Located in a small town with free parking not too far from the airportother attractions around Major

Located in a small town with free parking not too far from the airportother attractions around Majorca. Very spacious and very private home. Comfy beds, extra linens, throw blankets, great pillows, and everything you need for a stay of any length. Great outdoor space. The splash pool is nice in addition to the two balconies and one terrace for outdoor dining with a fridge. All very clean (free of webs and debris). There are a few restaurants in town (L’Escrivania being quite good) and a market (Eroski) relatively close, but all close early (and were when I arrived). It would be nice if they did a small welcome basket of fruit and nuts in addition to the cold filtered water. Not all bathrooms had hand soap. None had shower gelany other toiletries. No flexibility on check out. Given how quiet it is in the evenings and as a solo traveler, would have appreciated a smart TV rather than standard (Spanish) cable. Would recommend.

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Von Porreres ist man in 30 Minuten am Es Trenc, Cala D‘Or und Palma. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Parkplatz mussten wir manchmal etwas suchen und eine richtige Liege am Pool hatten wir vermisst. Ansonsten ist der kleine Pool zum abkühlen völlig ausreichend.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön gestaltet und die Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechend exakt den Gegebenheiten. Für alle die einen Ausgangspunkt suchen die Insel zu erkunden ist es eine Perfekte Wahl! Wenn man es den Bewohnern der Stadt nach macht und ist es absolut kein Problem ein Parkplatz zu finden. Wir hätten uns zumindest 2 Liegen am Pool gewünscht, die gestellten Stühle sind nicht gerade gut.

Sehr tolles & spezielles Stadthaus. Toll eingerichtet, zum wohfühlen. Toller Pool (leider von der Jahrezeit her noch etwas zu kalt) und eine tolle Terasse im oberen Stock, inkl kühlschrank Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort. Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und ein paar Spielsachen waren vorhanden, danke! Zu jedem der vier Zimmer gibt es ein Badezimmer, das ist top! Die Badetücher, sowie die Bettwäsche haben super frisch gerochen, das ist etwas was ich als Gast sehr schätze. Das Haus war sehr sauber & die Küche grosszügig ausgestattet. Leider alles von Ikea, das macht sich bspw besonders bei Messer an der Qualität bemerkbar. Die Kommunikation war super, es wurde immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Was wir bemängeln müssen ist die Abwicklung mit dem Abfall. Man soll 15 Minuten in einen entfernten Ort fahren um zu entsorgen. Das finde ich bei dem Preis etwas frech und sehr umständlich. Ansonsten ist Porreres ein netter Ort der aber nicht viel zu bieten hat, man ist aber überall „schnell“ mit dem A

Alles super und sehr modern

Das makellose und moderne Stadthaus in Porreres verschaffte uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe von allen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und sehr aktuell. Der Pool auf der schönen Terrasse ist nicht sehr groß, aber es ermöglicht eine Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen. Wir kommen bald wieder. Alexandra

Mega schönes Stadthaus

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Dorfhaus, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Ein tolles Haus und eine sehr zentrale Lage. Das Dorf liegt landeinwärts im Süden. Im Ort gibt es gute mediterrane Restaurants, viel mallorquinisches Flair und einen schönen historischen Ortskern. Vielen Dank Lara

Sehr modernes Haus mitten in der Stadt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus Helen. Alles ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und die Terrasse mit dem Pool ist sehr gemütlich. Abends haben wir es genossen, auf der schönen Terrasse zu sitzen und ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Porreres ist ein schönes Dorf mit viel Charme. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Supermärkte und sehr gute Restaurants. Unter anderem haben wir die wunderbare Bodega Son Macia besucht. Wir haben auch das kleine Dorf Randa besucht und von dort aus einen schönen Ausflug gemacht. Liebe Grüße Lucy

Fantastica

Tutto è fantastico in questo posto, posso sottolineare in particolare l'ordine e la pulizia in tutto il locale. Si vede che danno molto amore a quello che fanno, anche il servizio e l'attenzione molto personalizzata. La piscina è stata il complemento ideale per questa estate, ci siamo divertiti molto e abbiamo portato con noi un ricordo molto piacevole 😉
