Stylish and high quality newly renovated finca with sea views. Not far from the small town of Es Carritxo - between Felanitx and Cala d'Or. Quiet and secluded, perfect for a relaxing holiday and yet close to the attractive southeast coast of Majorca. Lovingly and neatly furnished, with new and comfortable beds, fully equipped for 8 guests. Swimming pool and children's wading pool. Well-kept garden landscape and outside kitchen with barbeque.

Great villa

We stayed for a week in this amazing villa. It has everything you need, is luxury and clean. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor kitchen area.

Wonderful spot!

This was an excellent 11-day vacation for two families travelling with young children. The finca is finished to a very high standard, and the property is private yet well located with shops, restaurants and beaches within 10-15 mins drive away. Will definitely return. Thanks to Andreas who was incredibly helpful throughout and had some excellent suggestions which made our stay very memorable

Sehr hochwertige, gut ausgestattete und wunderschöne Finca. Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freunden und haben uns rundum wohl und sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Finca hält was sie auf den Bildern verspricht. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich wunderbar. Es ist äußerst gemschmackvoll, hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der absolute Traum ist der Terrassenbereich mit dem Blick bis zur Bucht von Cala Dor. Außerdem ist die Lage des Hauses auch top, da man innerhalb von 15 Minuten alle schönen Orte und Strände des Süd-Ostens erreicht. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

herrlicher Urlaub

wunderschön und liebevoll restaurierte alte Finca mit traumhaftem Blick zum Meer. Toll ausgestattet mit allem und vielem Mehr was man sich vorstellen kann. Unser neues Lieblingshaus

Wir waren restlos begeistert. Alles war perfekt, angefangen von der kompetenten und netten Kommunikation im Vorfeld, dem aufmerksamen und persönlichen Check-In mit den vielen nützlichen Informationen, der hervorragenden Wartung bis zur persönlichen Verabschiedung. Die Finca ist überkomplett ausgestattet, man findet in der Küche alles was man braucht und die Betten sind super bequem und endlich einmal auch für Mitteleuropäer gross genug. Mit viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit ist der Innenausbau gestaltet, uns haben auch die mit dem hübschen Logo bestickten Handtücher und Kissen gefallen. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich gut aufgehoben und man merkt, dass die Besitzer mit Herzblut ihr Bestes geben um dem Gast einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Zur Lage und Umgebung: Die Finca liegt absolut ruhig, keine Strasse stört und keine kläffenden Hunde rauben den Schlaf und trotzdem ist die Finca über eine geteerte Strasse gut zugänglich. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft und die Lage ist begünstigt mit viel Grün drumrum. Für uns ist der Südosten der Insel die attraktivste Region Mallorcas. Nach 12 Jahren Fincaurlaub in unterschiedlichen Häusern und Regionen haben wir nun ein Haus gefunden in das wir jederzeit gerne wieder zurückkommen - zum Beispiel im kommenden Jahr. Danke Can Roig und Team für den wunderbaren Urlaub!

Wie Gott in Frankreich

Das war unser schönster Fincaurlaub! Ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen, alles blitzsauber und super gepflegt. Bequeme Betten, überkomplett ausgestattete Küche, edle Badezimmer und als Krönchen oben drauf - eine wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer. Wir haben nur an einem Tag den Strand besucht und es dann vorgezogen unseren Urlaub am Pool zu verbringen. Die Grillabende und das Zusammensein draussen unter der kuschligen Pergola werden uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Herzlichen Dank für die Top Betreuung und die vielen wertvollen Tipps. Bis nächstes Jahr Can Roig!

Traum Urlaub auf Traum Finca

Was für ein wunderschönes Anwesen! So gepflegt, wertig und liebevoll restauriert. Toll möbliert und super komplett ausgestattet. Und erst die Aussicht: Liegend beim Pool blickt man nach Osten hin zum Meer und geniesst die Stille und Ruhe auf der Finca. Die Grillabende bei kuschliger Beleuchtunge werden uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Danke für die aufmerksame und kompetente Betreuung!

Wunderschöne Finca, noch ein Geheimtipp

Wir waren überwältigt- Meerblick vom Bett aus, alles top neu renoviert und mit viel Geschmack modern und sehr hell eingerichtet- die Bilder lügen nicht! Der tolle Pool die bequemen Liegen, die ganze Anlage einfach nur traumhaft schön, wir kommen wieder und können diese Finca nur empfehlen.

Stylische Finca!

Fantastisch renovierte Finca mit spektakulären Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und ist mit viel Liebe zu Detail gemacht. In der prima ausgestatteten Küche haben wir vor dem Kamin, die verregneten Ostertage, mit Kochen, verbracht. Auch der Aussenbereich ist super gepflegt und weitläufig. Kompliment - tolle Finca.

Fantastische Finca die sehr ruhig liegt. Und der schöne Meerblick hat uns begeistert.

Morgens auf der Terrasse frühstücken und den Meerblick genießen - das macht gleich Laune auf die Insel. Und dann Mittags ein schöner Tag am Pool um Abends noch gemütlich an dem schönen Grillplatz sitzen, das selbst gegrillte Essen genießen und den ruhigen Abend genießen. Wir kommen sicher wieder, ist doch klar!
