This immaculate, gated property, both tranquil and serene, is located seven houses to the start of Siesta Key Village. It is just close enough to enjoy the live music, many restaurants and bars, shopping, etc., but just far enough away that you aren't bothered by the noise! The entire site is gated and walled, with amazing 20-foot bamboo trees, allowing total privacy from any neighbors. These features are unique to very few homes on our island! The newly resurfaced pool area and expansive deck provide sunlight all day long, especially on the covered lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee with privacy.

We offer a heated pool, a wonderful hot tub, a pro-like putting green, 85" TV in the family room, a Ms. PacMan electronic game in the lower level, plenty of off street parking, cul-de-sac seclusion, a very modern and equipped kitchen with high end appliances, 2 zone air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, proximity to shopping, plenty of beach equipment, and a stock of soaps, shampoos, paper towels, etc. for your convenience. You'll experience a complete and wonderful stay!

The Siesta Key area has snorkeling, one of the best vacation beaches anywhere in the US, a choice of restaurants to pamper your palate, Florida sunshine, spring training baseball, arts, culture and even the Sarasota Opera House with award-winning performances. Sarasota County offers the Mote Marine Aquarium and Laboratory, Myakka State Park for wildlife watching and alligator viewing, lots of recreational golf, tennis, pickleball and fishing. Sarasota Bay is one of the most important estuaries in the Southwest Florida with abundant sea life, including about 150 dolphins that call Sarasota Bay their home.

The beach is a short walk from the village, to spend the day sunning, or to catch one of our lovely sunsets! This house is really perfect for families to share, featuring a completely separate living area on the lower level. Grandparents or teens will love their privacy!! Imagine spending your Florida vacation behind the gates of a tasteful and completely renovated home loaded with upgrades. Professionally designed and furnished with transitional styling by Sarasota Chic, this two-story gem is even more beautiful inside than the tropical utopia we created outside. The entire property has new turf and stone, including a putting green. It's hard to find a property with so many amenities. We are located on an over-sized lot, with an enormous parking area for guests and plenty of room for a few games of corn hole, as well. Every room was renovated from the flooring to the custom plank ceilings, providing a cozy, yet elegant atmosphere and sleeps eight comfortably. The beautiful master bedroom and master bath are situated on one side of the upper level, while two more good sized bedrooms are on the other side. They share another full custom full bath which is also master bath quality. The many windows and sliding lanai doors provide beautiful views around this well positioned home. For your safety, this entire house is protected with top grade custom hurricane proof windows and doors. All three full baths are finished with stone, mirrors, chandeliers and/or unique fixtures.

This home features a tankless hot water system, so running out of hot water is an impossibility! The kitchen offers lovely quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and plentiful crown molding. The two-tiered island is surrounded with super comfortable high grade leather barstools and highlighted by elegant lighting. Gourmet cooks will love the thoughtful kitchen design, and appreciate the top-of-the-line appliances, including a very roomy Subzero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and a hidden drawer microwave. Even the toaster is made by Wolf! The kitchen island work area was purposely situated to face the fabulous view to the outside. Five months out of the year, the four panel sliding pocket doors can be opened, allowing the inside and outside to merge in harmony. Not to worry, if the weather gets warm, we have a two-zone air conditioning system for your comfort. You can lounge poolside or on the lanai, either watching television, reading, or listening to music. Should you enjoy tanning, we are fortunate enough to have direct sunlight from sunrise until late afternoon all year round. Although totally fenced and walled in, you will be impressed by the privacy our 20 foot bamboo trees provide, secluding you from your surroundings, creating complete privacy very few homes in Siesta Key are able to offer. Our 4-person outdoor spa and fire pit area are a great way to enjoy your evenings. By the way, the pool is heated. Practice your putting skill in the lighted putting green, too. There is as much to do outside as there is inside! Plenty of beach towels are available on the deck for your use.

The lower level is roomy and relaxing, complete with a sitting area, card table and chairs and custom wet bar. It's a great spot to retreat to for some T.V. or a game of PacMan, which is a pub floor model unit featuring many different games! Outstanding accommodations for sharing families, you'll find a large bedroom and great, contemporary full bath, on the lower level, as well.

There is also a separate, private entry door that leads to the landscaped backyard, where the propane firepit and hot tub are located off the paved walkway. This door can also be used to enter discretely after a night at the Beach Club!

Our lanai, deck and pool face the south, quite a plus in winter and early spring when selecting a property. This means the backyard and pool get the most sun possible from dawn until late afternoon. The landscaping makes our yard extremely private with tall, lush tropical green plants and trees. Get a great tan on our 1200 square foot deck and plan some meals at our comfy 10 seat picnic table. Barbecue your favorite meals at our Weber 3 burner grill.

From our home, you're a 5 minute walk to the world-famous Siesta Key village of shops, restaurants and Morton's Gourmet Supermarket. Another 3 blocks from the village lies the Gulf of America waters with our gorgeous white sand beaches and the favorite sunset location sure to provide you with stunning vistas all year round.

Trips to the beach are easy, but I must admit, the backyard is hard to leave!!
For beach lovers, there are chairs and a wagon, should you need it.

The property offers extremely large driveway with room for several vehicles, or just a few games of corn hole. Along with the fun, there is a volleyball net available to use in the pool should you wish. We offer two cruising bikes and several beach chairs, too.

Please know that in-season, the times of Feb 1 to April 20 of every year, we customarily book Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday 9am. The check-in and check-out times are firm, unless arranged differently, in advance. On a rare occasion, we can do mid-week move-in but unlikely. Mid-week move ins are easiest to set outside of the spring season and determined on a case-by-case basis.
