Clean but the location was a little far from the beach and main attractions. Also check in process was long. Had to meet with caretaker to go over all the rules of the appartment instead of virtual cheekin like most places.

The accommodation is right in the perfect location with easy access to plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Host (Carles) is fantastic. No complaints at all.

The place is fantastic! Beautiful, amazing A/C with a lift to the top floor. Great conveniences. But the check in process is too difficult & confusing. The person I was told, repeatedly, was my contact — was not my contact, someone else was. This was worrisome as a traveler from another country and could appear to be fraud. Plus the contact, who I was told was my contact but wasn’t, was rude when I first spoke to him.

Great spot in the heart of Barcelona! Just a short walk to all the main attractions, which was super convenient, The living space was cozy and modern, and the air conditioning worked wonders during the hot days, WiFi was a bit slow at times, but it wasn't a dealbreaker, Overall, a lovely place to stay with everything you need, Highly recommend!
