Edinburgh Waverley is a 15min walk. If you’re coming in from the airport, the closest tram stop on Princess street is 7 mins walk away. Edinburgh bus station is also close by with a 10 min walk. Edinburgh is well serviced by buses.

It should be noted that this is a double upper apartment which means it is situated over two floors at the top of the building and as is common in most Edinburgh apartments there is no escalator or service lift.
