Elegant 2 bedroom garden apartment in Stockbridge

An elegant apartment with its own front door in the heart of fashionable Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. Quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk to the bustling city centre.
Sleeps 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms, one a glamorous four poster king size bed with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom either as 2 single or a king size bed with an en suite shower room. The sitting room, which overlooks a leafy patio garden, has a dining table, TV and antique fireplace. There is a separate loo which is convenient for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer.
A minute away is the fabulous private Dean Gardens , a 7 acre park and woodlands, so pretty all year round. A key is provided on request. The Water of Leith walkway is across from the flat with a riverside walk all the way down to the Port of Leith or up to the Galleries of Modern Art.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am but if I can be flexible with this I will certainly try especially with luggage drop off and collection. Please just ask.
There is pay parking on the street and free from 5.30pm-8.30am weekdays and on weekends or there is free parking about 10/15mins walk away on East Fettes Avenue.

The apartment was just as pictured - clean, bright, and very comfortable. We appreciated how close it was to everything, yet on a quiet street with very little traffic. It had everything we could have needed. And, it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!Emma is an amazing host; she responded quickly to my questions, and shared lots of great tips for us to get the most out of our trip. We arrived Christmas Day, and she had put up a Christmas tree in the living room -- that was special for us as we hadn't put up our own tree at home. I highly recommend Emma and the apartment.

The place is so spacious. The back garden provided a calm place for coffee in the morning.The location couldn’t have been better! Short walk to the main street with shops and so many places to eat.The best part, the big comfy bed and the most amazing pillows. Thank you Emma for stocking the kitchen and making our stay the best ever!

Such a lovely and well appointed flat! And the location was fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood that was not touristy yet had loads of cafes, restaurants, and shops. (Highly recommend the Scran & Scallie restaurant but make sure to book ahead.). We walked everywhere, and never needed public transportation. Our host, Emma, was so responsive to any questions we had and the attention to detail in the flat to make guests comfortable was amazing. Really the nicest vacation rental ever. Book it, you won’t be sorry!

Edinburgh Stay

This is our second time at this property for a girls' weekend in Edinburgh. Super place to stay. Spacious, comfortable, clean, cosy and in a beautiful, peaceful location, just perfect. Easy walking distance to the city centre or the local taxis were really good. Emma is a great host, very accommodating and helpful. We felt right at home.

Superb apartment in Edinburgh

This is an excellent property. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished. Both bedrooms and the lounge room are spacious and comfortable. Communication from the owner was clear and timely, and there were some lovely touches with high quality consumables provided.The location is excellent and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. As with many places in Edinburgh, parking is not easy but the owner provided clear information on the best options for parking.

Very nice place.

We were two couples, and 3 sets of keys were included, so one could always be left in the lockbox for convenience. Access to the private garden was a wonderful bonus. Nice, clean place in a good location about a mile from the top of the Royal Mile. Owner communicated clearly and in a friendly way online when I asked questions. Would stay there again.

Lovely stay in Edinburgh

A wonderful start to our family vacation. High quality linens, tea/coffee with milk and sugar provided, spacious flat with more than enough room for me, my spouse, and our teenager. Full of light and never felt like a lower level space. Walk along the river was a perfect jet lag cure. Stockbridge had all we needed and more. We would absolutely recommend!
