The property features a spacious kitchen-living room with a balcony, a double bedroom with a balcony, a non-habitable loft overlooking the kitchen, equipped with a French-style double bed (sloped ceiling with a height ranging from 1.60 to 1.80), a bathroom with a bidet and a spacious shower.
The accommodation is equipped with all necessary amenities: dining table, kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric oven and microwave, kettle, and 2 flat-screen smart TVs.
