The booking process was extremely easy and communication thorough. The condo itself was spacious, clean and beautiful. The corner view was amazing with the strip visible from one set of doors and the beach from the other! ImThe location of the condo is very convenient with direct access to the beach and surrounding restaurants. The property is clean and elevators are efficient. The only complaint that I have is the condo itself needs a little TLC. While it had everything that we needed, the freezer leaked every time it was opened and there was concern about the kids slipping on the hard tile floor. The kitchen faucet was very loose and a couple of the lamps were broken. Also, the cabinet in the hall bathroom was peeling, not an inconvenience but visibly unappealing compared to the rest of the condo.Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

During our stay we got locked in our condo for over 12 hours due to if we left we could not get back in. I called and texted the number I was provided and after 12.5 hours someone finally came to fix the door. The freezer was also leaking and my 18 month old fell and hit his head. We asked for one night to be refunded due to us being stuck in the condo and no one coming to fix the door until lunch the next day. The communication with the rental company was horrible. No one cared we had to miss crab hunting, swimming and Half a beach day due to them not checking batteries in the door lock. I will never book with them again.

The views are beautiful, with the wrap around balcony. Beach is nice and clean, but their chairs are along the shore and don’t give you much room to put your own stuff. Room was clean, floors could have been better. Appliances are outdated and they could use some more kitchen things, but you have some essentials. They are very strict with their rules in the building!

We had some maintenance issues. The garbage disposal was not working and smelling the first night. We called and they came out and fixed it. We then found out the freezer icemaker and water dispenser was frozen and we couldn’t use it. We called 3 times and they never came to fix it. The queen size bed mattress sank on both sides and was very uncomfortable. We asked if maybe a mattress topper could be provided but we never heard back from them. On Monday construction started at 7 to 7 tearing down the structure and concrete to the right of us and it shook the building and was so loud you couldn’t enjoy sitting on the lanai. The view from the lanai was wonderful, but a little more care for your guest comfort would have been appreciated. Loved the location. We will not be coming back to this unit.We vacuumed the whole unit the 2nd day because it felt gritty. It could use a good mopping especially in the corners.

The furniture/beds/pillows were comfortable. View was beautiful. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Roomy space and balcony. As for the negatives: dingy (but clean), water pressure is poor in primary shower and water was only lukewarm. Condo is on the same side as Senor Frogs with loud music going until 2am. Needed earplugs to sleep. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working.

Overall, the property was acceptable. We do have a few comments regarding maintenance issues. The ice machine was leaking and froze the entire door of the freezer, which led to the freezer door, not closing properly and the water not dispensing from the door. In reviewing previous reviews of the property, the freezer has been mentioned before strongly suggest that the problem be resolved, and if it can’t that I need appliance be placed.The front door is very heavy. It swings shut very quickly, and it is hard to open. It can be very dangerous if a person is not strong enough when they pull it open because it will shut on them.There is a very high threshold leading out to the porch. It is a terrible tripping hazard. There should be signage on the door, indicating that one should step up when going over the threshold. Several of our party actually tripped and could’ve been injured. You already have signage on the door regarding what you can and cannot do from the porch. You could add a small sign that says caution.The furniture is too big for a couple of the rooms. The bunk bed is located directly under the ceiling fan.Aside from these issues, we did not have any problems. We loved the view, the pool was very nice and well maintained, and the boardwalk down to the beach was easy to reach and use. I really like the cubbies that you put into the railing of the boardwalk down to the beach so that you could show your shoes and they would not get into the sand.

Ultimate relaxation

Very open concept with loads of amenities. The view from the balcony was spectacular as we were eye level with the beach bald eagle daily flight up the coast. Also meals on the balcony were nice.

Great getaway spot!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Easy to find and close to everything and clean. There was more than enough space for our 8 guests. The location made it easy for us to walk where we needed to go. The beach access was perfect. We plan to be back again!

It was amazing!

We had the best time. The place had an amazing view and it was very close to everything. The only issue we had was in the guest room with the queen the shower was stopped up but other than that it was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

The property was beautiful with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Condo had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the condo wasn’t very well clean upon arrival but overall a great place. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again!!

Great beach condo!

This was a beautiful beach condo with a view! Clean and spacious. I really liked having 3 full bathrooms. The only downside was no beach towels!

Awesome stay

Everything was just as listed, wonderful fantastic views, kitcken was stocked with enough items and master bedroom was spacious. We just loved our entire stay. Only thing we found wrong was a roach in the pantry but we didn't see anymore afterwards. I have to say again that the views were fantastic and would definitely rent again if we're ever in Panama City Beach!!!

Absolutely perfect!

The views in this condo are amazing! We were very pleased with the updated paint/decor in the bunk room and the updated tv's throughout. That was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and everything was absolutely perfect. I can't say enough about the view from this corner unit. Would definitely stay again.
