Stunning spacious Central London Apartment near Paddington Station / Hyde Park

This is a spacious and recently refurbished flat (everything is new !) in one of the most desirable areas of London. I have lived in this area for over 25 years and am inspired by the style , beauty and accessibility of the area. The property is 5 minutes from Hyde Park and the Serpentine lake and is served with great transport connections such as numerous bus routes and 2 main train stations in Paddington and Lancaster Gate. For overseas travellers Paddington connects to Heathrow via the Heathrow Express which gets you to the airport in 15 minutes. The area is rich in history and very cosmopolitan. Notting Hill and Portobello Market is 10 mins walk and the West End is again only another 10 minutes away. The flat inside is spacious , light and comfortable with access to a patio garden. I love my plants and outside I've got bamboo, olive trees, bay trees, palms and tree ferns all helping to create an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony. The flat is at the back of the house with no traffic noise so a good night sleep is assured

Great property, great location

Just minutes from Paddington Station this flat was perfect for our group. We easily got anywhere we wanted to go by subway, train or walking. Sanjay gave us some great recommendations for places to enjoy and we especially liked the Victoria Pub.

This property is in a fantastic location, very close to Paddington Station and with plenty of walkable restaurants in the area. One note: The listing says it sleeps 8, but I would not recommend it for more than 6. We had 7 and planned to use the fold-out couch, but it was so uncomfortable that we ended up getting a hotel room on the next block after the first night. This worked but did result in more expense and less togetherness. With just 6 people, there is plenty of room to hang out, make coffee or even cook.

Hi Melanie The property clearly specifies that the accommodation sleeps up to 8 and not as you understood it. With 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed I would suggest it is obvious to just about everyone that all guests after 6 will be expected to sleep on the sofa bed which unfortunately is never as comfortable as a proper bed. I suggest next time you read the property description properly

Great location a block from Paddington station. Clean and comfortable flat with a kitchen that is stocked with all the appliances you will need. Most importantly, a responsive owner who immediately addressed a small issue we had. It was perfect for our family of six, including two small children.

The house is very large a short distance from Paddinton Station. Local pubs and restaurants are plentiful and Paddington station is a hub for underground and buses to get around the city. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Awesome experience

Don't overthink it this is a fantastic place to stay. I stayed here with two friends in Nov 2024. The three bedroom and 4 bathroom layout was perfect for us. Location wise you are a bit out of the hustle and bustle but you can walk, tube, and train anywhere you want to go pretty quickly. I would stay here again if I find myself in London with a group.

Family time in London

This property was perfect for our family of four. The kids each had their own room and bathroom on the top level and the two bathrooms on the lower level provided enough space for me and my husband to each have our own bathroom. The location couldn't be better if heading out to different parts of the city via Paddington Station. We would definitely stay again if travelling to London.

Perfect location

This property is truly the perfect location. So close to Paddington station to get around london and grab groceries. The property itself was quiet and functional. The upstairs toilet was broken by the previous renter so that was a but annoying. Overall I would recommend this based on location alone.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Plenty of room for five adults and great location near Paddington Station and area. Sanjay was a great communicator before and during the trip and was responsive when we had questions. Never figured out the washer/dryer but didn't really try to use it until late in our stay - definitely user error. Can't wait to visit London again!

Great London apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s location is easily accessible with a fairly long but easy walk to London Center through Hyde Park or with easy access to public transportation. The three bedrooms are private and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Sanjay was always accessible and very proactive if needed for anything. We hope to return to London soon and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. It was as-advertized. Plenty of room for family of 5. Place was well-kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that you need. We enjoyed the most wonderful stay here, truly felt like our home away from home! The location is perfect, only a short walk from Paddington station. Fantastic neighbourhood with so many amenities and beautiful Hyde Park all within walking distance. We were a multi-generational family traveling together and there was more than enough space in the flat for everyone in our party to comfortably gather together and yet have personal space too. Cannot say enough about what an excellent host Sanjay is, extremely attentive and showed great care in making our London stay perfect. Thank you, Sanjay!

Great location!

Spacious apartment with room to spread out. 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 bathrooms. Additional bedroom, living room and kitchen in basement with 2 more bathrooms! The apartment was good, but the location is GREAT! Less than 5 min walk to Paddington station which can take you anywhere in London. Close bus stations too. Sanjay was thorough and helpful. Recommended a couple walking-distance restaurants which we enjoyed (Wahaca and Victoria Inn). Had a great trip!
