Welcome to our charming studio apartment in the traditional Arganzuela area!
This cosy studio features a super comfortable bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a living-dining room where you can relax after a busy day exploring Madrid.

The apartment is located in one of Madrid’s most traditional areas, the Arganzuela/Madrid Río area. This magnificent area gives you the opportunity to explore the most important sights in Madrid.

The studio is on the ground floor with direct access from the street. It’s a quiet, family-friendly area. You can enjoy city centre Madrid, which is just a 10-minute metro ride away, while staying in a peaceful, residential area. There’s a Mercadona supermarket right around the corner.

The 35-square-meter studio features a comfortable 150x200 bed, a 140x200 sofa bed, and a three-seater sofa where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.
The bathroom is fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion; the living-dining room and kitchen area are fully equipped. We provide sheets, towels, shower gel, and shampoo. We’ll have everything ready so that when you arrive, you’ll feel right at home.

The Legazpi metro station (Line 3) is an 8-minute walk away, and it’s just 5 stops to the famous Puerta del Sol. (10-minute trip)

It’s a family-friendly, quiet area with excellent transport links, including the metro, city buses, Renfe Cercanías (Delicias and Méndez Álvaro), the Méndez Álvaro bus station, Atocha Station, and the M-30 and M-40 highways.

It’s a brand-new area, very close to Atocha Station and, from there, the Prado Museum and the Thyssen Museum. The famous and traditional Rastro de Madrid flea market is also very close to the apartment, as is the Railway Museum. From there, the famous Strawberry Train departs for the city of Aranjuez—it’s a vintage train that offers strawberry tastings.

If you’re travelling with a baby and need us to set up a high chair and a cot, just let us know in advance, and we’ll have them ready for you free of charge.
