Apartment available for rent, located on the 4th floor of a protected building, in the heart of Las Letras neighborhood.
It is a cozy apartment with a modern decoration. Ideal for lovers of Madrid looking to get lost in the center of the city.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with work area, separate kitchen, master bedroom, a second bedroom with single bed, and bathroom. The bedrooms have large closets.
The social area is presented as a large open space where the living room and dining room are integrated.
The kitchen, fully equipped, consists of high capacity furniture, a variety of kitchenware and small appliances.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms.

Supplies included in the price: electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

We have a crib. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

Great location, light on extras...

What we really liked! The location was great- walking distance from Sevilla metro and all shops and restaurants.. feels safe at night....Appartment on 4th floor; 2 small bedrooms, living area with small kitchen and 1 bathroom. All ok, as per the pictures... What we felt could be improved on; extras - simple things like salt and pepper, oil, having more than 2 spoons, coffee pods and tea to get us through 1 day at least. Kettle missing.We rented this for 9 days and would have expected (as per other rentals ) to get cleaner in once to change towels, and do a general clean. Instead we ended buying out own toilet paper too and little extras...After travelling for months, it is the little things that make it a home rather than a commercial operation.... The appt block has 5 floors and on each floor there is a rental... Some were noisy, others were not ...Last two days the lift was broken which can happen anywhere, however, if you have trouble lugging your suitcases up on many stairs...So would we recommend it? Yes if they looked after the details...

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 pas de grand vía, en revanche j'ai du mal à comprendre les précédentes notations au regard de l'état de l'appartement : le menage manque clairement de soin (sols, lits...), certains radiateurs sont inutilisables (ko ou non branché), la salle de bain est sans chauffage, avec du moisi au plafond et la peiture qui s'ecaille....

11 nuits dans un cocon calme en plein centre ville

Appartement refait à neuf dans un immeuble avec cachet. Décoration conforme aux standards internationaux, très claire, dans un bel espace. Parquets doux et literie de bonne qualité. Il y a bien 2 chambres. Les fenêtres ouvrent uniquement sur des courettes intérieures. Cela garantit le calme mais pas la lumière. Voisins assez discrets pendant notre séjour. Vaisselle tout juste suffisante pour 3 personnes. Ni bouilloire ni théière. Mais tout l'équipement electro ménager nécessaire est là et fonctionne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la clarté et la précision des indications de Nerea en amont de notre arrivée. Mais le grand atout de cette location est son emplacement : à 2 pas des plus grands musées, du beau parc du Retiro et à 3 minutes du métro (Sevilla). Nous avons pu sillonner tous les quartiers en partant de "chez nous" à pied. Et il y a un chouette magasin bio tout près du métro. Une très bonne adresse !

Muy cómodo y céntrico

Espacio bien optimizado, instalaciones muy cómodas y confortables, teniendo en cuenta que lo menos que va a estar uno es sentado viendo la tele, ;) . Bien equipado y limpio. Todo muy cerca, a pesar de ir con niño de tres años y carrito, todo muy práctico.
