We purchased this home in August of 2017 and have updated both bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, and living room! It looks great and is ideal for 2 couples, a family of 4-6, or business travelers. By far, the best rental I have stayed in! Home was extremely clean, well stocked with the essentials, as well as anything else one would possibly need! Location was great and very safe.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very clean and tidy.The kitchen was stocked very well. There were so many spices there to use that we didn't need to bring anything. There were even small appliances that made cooking a breeze.The only thing we would change would be to put dressers in the bedrooms. Didn't enjoy living out of our suitcase for out stay, but it was doable. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed staying at the property. Very clean and the host was very responsive. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, the beds very comfortable. We really had a wonderful trip and would likely stay again, we loved the area. Lots of things to do in Frankenmuth. We went there for the snow and while we were there, no snow.

Viola's Place was everything I thought it would be and more. It was convenient to all the things to do when visiting the Frankenmuth area. The house was very comfortable all around, including nice beds, very clean bathrooms (with awesome shower water pressure as a bonus!) and a well-stocked kitchen with any cookware and/or utensils you could want. The basement also had a game room and washer/dryer for use. Hope to stay again in the future.

Viola's Place was amazing! It was very clean and cozy. I love that it was decorated for fall. Perfect location as it was close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind. Next time we come to Frankenmuth, we will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Viola’s Place for our annual sisters getaway. The house is adorable and close to shopping & dining. We enjoyed a relaxing little get away. The slot machine in the basement was a fun little amenity!

We live in the home next to this rental. My husband and I take pride in making it look great and we want our guests 100% satisfied with their stay in own town and in Viola's Place! We will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with everything.

Why they chose this property

Our neighbor of 20 years (Viola) moved out in July of 2017 and we purchased this home with the idea of making it a vacation rental in our town. There is always something going on in Frankenmuth and people who want something different than a hotel, who want a place of their own, within walking distance of places in town, with great comfort and at a great price need look no further!

What makes this property unique

The main floor is all new. New flooring, new appliances, new stocked kitchen, beautiful furnishings, and in a great quiet location. New patio off the back of the house with a propane fire pit and patio chairs mid-June 2018. You can see Main St. from this home and it is in walking distance of all the major events in town. Viola's Place is perfect for a family of 4-6 or those in town for a wedding weekend! Mid-week business traveler? We are perfect for you as well!
