Perfect Downtown Frankenmuth Location! Sleeps Up to 12 and Walk to Everything!

Welcome to your new home away from home! This charming 4 bed 2 1/2 bath home is fully stocked with almost everything you will need for your stay. Located about 2 minutes walking distance to Frankenmuth Brewery, this location is perfect for easy walks Downtown, and just 5 minutes away from Bronners and 12 minutes away from Birch Run Outlets! Enjoy watching horse drawn carriages pass by while relaxing on the swing on your covered porch!

Inside the home you will find plenty of room for guests to spread out either upstairs or down. Full granite kitchen stocked with everything you will need for your stay, spacious dining room, living room with sleeper sofa and smart TV, and one bedroom and newly remodeled full bath with tub on the main floor for those not wanting to tackle the trip upstairs. Linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Upstairs the home features 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed along with a HUGE separate room with a futon and additional queen air mattress perfect for kids. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed as well as a full size bed that again, is a perfect set up for parents and children. Bedroom 3 is a little smaller but functional with a full size bed. Bedroom 4 is on the main level and has another queen size bed. All beds are memory foam! The home also now features an on-demand water heater, never run out of heat for showers!

The basement has a finished area complete with a game area with assorted card and board games, card table and chairs, and smart TV! This area also has a convenient half bath as well. Laundry is located downstairs as well and is available for use during your stay!

All in all this home has everything you need for a quiet relaxing vacation!

This was our 4th time staying here for a girls getaway. The location of this home is perfect, near all the restaurants and shopping. The home is clean and well stocked. The owners are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this home for a very comfortable stay in downtown Frankenmuth.

what a great location, right downtown, quiet street, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were here for a wedding weekend. The first floor bedroom/bath was perfect for people who have issues with stairs. Upstairs was spacious, with a second full bath/shower. Lots of beds, we only slept 6, but could easily have slept 12 with the included futon in the bonus room off the main upstairs room. I highly recommend.

This home is beautifully decorated and clean! As a former VRBO super host There are only 3 things I would change- I would invest in a digital lockbox- it was difficult to see at night to unlock the box. Second I would gently plane the top of the 1st floor bathroom door ( it sticks) - I would add a light above kitchen sink as the chandelier didn’t give off much light. The welcome Wi-Fi information also needs updated. Thank you for the plentiful Kleenex, premium toilet paper, upgraded towels and linens! Will definitely come back and stay again . This town and home location is so quaint just like a Hallmark movie- we loved it!!

Great location with another rental next door for large groups. Able to have extended families stay between both house for a wedding weekend. Great location for walking to Main Street. Quiet street with wonderful porches to sit and enjoy watching the carriages go by. Host extremely accommodating to our needs. House had everything we could need with plenty of space for our group to spread out.
