The perfect sized Cabin, sleeps a total of up to 6-8 adults and has a bunk room with space for up to 6 kids! The ideal retreat away from the city, with high speed internet for your remote needs. Experience the surrounding cool pines and abundance of nature in between your Zoom calls, daily work, school and meals with family and friends. The expansive open Great room makes the perfect setting for a family gathering or sharing good times with friends. The front deck rear decks will bring you out for a peaceful coffee in the morning and encourage you back for a well deserved bottle of wine in the evening. Easy access to interstate, makes Flagstaff and Sedona just a short car ride away. A pet, family friendly home with child locks, doggy doors and a fenced back yard makes this retreat easy to bring the whole family and enjoy. Please come enjoy our home away from home.

Bedroom detail: Two bedrooms on the main floor (1 cal king and 1 queen bed), a large bunk room in the basement with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids) and 2 trundle twin mattresses (sleeps 2 more kids). A queen-size air mattress is also available.

Absolutely amazing vacation and accommodations

Everything was perfect. They even left us wood and a bottle of wine. Super responsive owner and more than enough linens and kitchen supplies. We had an amazing time and will be back.

Great stay!

This cabin was very clean and well stocked with more than needed. There were so many great games both inside and outside for all ages. The owners checked in via text just in case we had any questions or needed anything and were very nice. We definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Great for our family

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our 3 daughters, our son-in-law, and 3 grandkids. The great room had plenty of seating, the bedrooms were great and the backyard was awesome! We all had a wonderful time! Thanks to our hosts for making it all so easy!

Bachelorette Slumber Party

The Cabin was beautiful, comfortable, full of games, outdoor fun, and very well stocked. Rich checked on us via text, which was great. I would stay again if I am ever in the need.

Family vacation

This cabin was great for our family vacation. The dog had a gated yard and my sons had lots of things to keep them entertained. The owners were great at communication and just a text away if needed. Munds park is always a great getaway from the valley heat in a calm atmosphere!

The most amazing backyard!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in the beautiful Paradise in the Pines. My family and I spent our Fall Break here and it was incredible. Rich is an amazing host. Every detail of the home is perfect for a family getaway. We spent most of our time outdoors. However, indoors also has everything you need. It was paradise and we cannot wait go go back.

Paradise in the Pines

This is an amazing cabin! The host, Rich, was fantastic and checked on us to make sure we were well taken care of. The cabin has so many amenities including the downstairs game room/bunk room for the kids. Perfect for dogs including dog door and full fenced in yard, complimentary dog treats and bowls. Rich went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! Will definitely rent this cabin again!

Great family home!

We really loved our family time at this house! It was clean, had everything we needed (literally) and we didn’t need to leave the house to have fun. There were games for all ages, my child (2 YO) was safe and still able to be active, the views were beautiful and the area was fun to bounce around in! We will be back! Thank you Rich!

Fantastic cabin!

Thank you to Rich and his family for sharing their Paradise in the Pines! The cabin is loaded with fun activities that kept our active 7 year old busy and our tween off her phone. The backyard was our haven during our stay with the outdoor games and the projector. I’d give this 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!

Family trip for summer heat break with young kids and dogs

The pictures don’t do the place justice! It was amazing. We got there and it was better than I pictured. So cute, clean, I felt right at home. Lots of things to do for our kids to do which was so sweet and appreciated. Everything was fenced, we kept the doors open and knew the kids and dogs were safe. Definitely staying there again! The owners were so nice and accommodating. Also met a bunch of the neighbors on walks and everyone was so sweet!

Fun in Munds

Our family had a great time staying in Munds park at Rich’s home. The kids had lots to do in their fully loaded basement and backyard. The neighborhood and surrounding woods were covered in about a foot of snow, we had a blast outdoors, and warmed up by the real wood fire! Thanks so much for having us.

Family friendly cabin!

We had the best time at this cabin! Rich was an amazing host and provided very clear instructions for everything and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The basement was awesome for the kids with bunk beds, play station and pac man. There were tons of board games for both the kids and adults to enjoy. We had fun in the snow then enjoyed the fire. Our dog loved it too! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Much needed vaca!

The cabin was perfect and cozy. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Relaxing on the porch, BBQ, beautiful weather, lots of games to play and outdoor activities. Close to lakes for fishing and wild life. We opened all the doors and windows and enjoyed the breeze. We were all very comfortable. Contact with property owner was so easy and Rich and his wife were there to answer any questions or concerns. They were very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and again. Family Getaway

Great place to regroup every night. We had a large group of kids and it was nice to have a basement hangout and incredible backyard for them. We enjoyed all the games and activities Paradise in the Pines offered. Just emailed the owner regarding the master suite bed because, whatever it is, my husband and I want it. Loved the living space. The open concept made cooking dinner for the large crew more a time to hang with family than a chore. So much seating! Home lay out was really nice.

Perfect Cozy Cabin!

Our entire family loved our stay! The open family room and kitchen area was an excellent space for everyone to gather whether watching TV, playing games, preparing meals, or taking a nap on the large comfortable sectional. The children and adults enjoyed the backyard games and entertainment area. We loved sitting on the front deck in the beautiful cool weather. It was peaceful and relaxing. The weather we had was a mixture of sun, rain, clouds and storms. Perfect!! The girls loved taking walks and enjoying the mountain air and beautiful scenery. The family loved fishing at the lake! The host was Amazing! The most efficient host we have had over the years of doing vacations up north. Thank you Rich! We will definitely be back!

This was an absolutely outstanding experience. Communication with the host was phenomenal, the home was immaculate, and it was even better in person than the online photos suggested. One evening we built a bonfire outside where eight of us gathered to BBQ, make s’mores, and enjoy time together. Another night we watched movies in the great room, relaxing on the most comfortable couch with a beautiful fire in the fireplace.The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was perfect for walks, and the location was just minutes from Flagstaff. The home fit our needs perfectly. With one daughter in college in Flagstaff, we will definitely be back to rent this beautiful home, if we’re lucky enough to find it available!

Let the Coolness Soak In

The property was well appointed with the amenities as described in the features of the site. The home is very welcoming and relaxing with plenty of room to spread out and has more than enough items to entertain. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights, and the boys appreciated the close proximity (walking distance) to the National Forest trailhead! Could not have asked for a better week of weather to enjoy Munds this year! Our host, Rich was very attentive and extremely helpful.

Love this cabin!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. We have stayed at many, many cabins through VRBO and this is hands down, one of our favorites! It had everything we needed and more. Lots of cozy throw blankets, games, fire wood, fully stocked kitchen. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and effort into this place. We would love to come back in the spring time to enjoy the backyard and the fire pit. But we really enjoyed our time watching the snow fall and having a nice warm fire. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!!

You can't beat community feel of Munds Park, the peaceful setting, the change in temperature and the escape from normal busy life. This Cabin is warm and inviting, it has encouraged us to cherish the times with family and friends

What makes this property unique

This cabin offers a clean open layout that is updated in all the right areas but still has a cozy cabin feel. Free Firewood for cozy nights, and a welcome bottle of wine to make sure you take the time to relax. The open great room mixed with the large decks, and split-level floor plan provides places to gather and also the space to spread out when needed.

The basement is the perfect separation for kids or multiple families. When the weather is nice, the backyard is the perfect destination with a firepit, swingset, horseshoes, bocce ball, outdoor movies, the fun is endless!
