Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the single car garage and shop. Upper & Lower Driveways accommodate up to 7 vehicles (without trailers). On-Street Parking and parking on at neighboring properties is NOT permitted.

Munds Park is a WONDERFUL community and lends itself to enjoyment year round! Escape the heat of the valley during the warmer months and immerse yourselves in a winter wonderland during the cooler months! Many families utilize off road vehicles and UTV's during the summer months and make the most of the hundreds of miles of forest service roads in the area on public land. The same can be said for snow mobiling on the same roads during winter!

- Pet's must be disclosed and approved AT time of booking & be included in the reservation
- Pet's must use the dedicated dog run area for doing "their business". Please do not allow pets to have free reign while going potty around the property.
- Munds Park is a "Night Sky" community. Please make every attempt to not leave exterior lighting on beyond 10PM.
- 2 exterior security cameras at the property. One for verification of number of guests/pets arriving, a second to verify servicing of the spa ONLY.
