About this property

Overlook Cathedral Trail on Attitash Mountain from our new three level trailside townhome located just above the Attitash base lodge. Walk 50ft to Skiing/Hiking on Cathedral Trail. Included is access to all Attitash Sports club amenities (Indoor pool, 2 Outdoor pools, Hot tubs, Exercise room & Tennis courts). Enjoy Cathedral Trail townhouse privacy for a break from the plentiful, nearby activities.

Our rustic decorated, custom built property features a majestic stone fireplace in the great room with wall of windows overlooking the rear deck and ski trail. The open floor concept flows to the wood dining room table and granite tiered island with a fully equipped kitchen and 36" professional stove. The dry bar and beverage fridge is an easy reach from the living room while watching the 65" LED Smart TV or using the available WIFI service.

The upper level includes two large bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with 40" TV. The other bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds, a full size futon and 40" TV. The large bathroom has a custom walk in shower. The lower level includes two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each lower level bedroom has a queen bed and a 40" TV. The washer and dryer is also located on the lower level.

Plenty of wood is available for cozy fires at night and central AC to ensure comfortable sleeping in the summer. The rear, private deck overlooking the ski/hiking trail includes a premium Weber gas grill and patio table with chairs. This is complimented by a rustic beamed front deck as a welcome alternative.

Our property is in a great location in addition to the mountain area activities with a multitude of restaurants just minutes away. Storyland is a 5 minute drive, North Conway is 12 minutes and the outlets are 15 minutes from the property. Grant's Grocery store and the State Liquor Outlet is an easy 2 mile drive from the property.

Easy to locate this property has the best connectivity to all the local attractions and ample parking space. The house was quite spacious, with perfect furnishings giving us a home touch. The kitchen had the utensils necessary to cook and basic supplies .There is a convenient store close by for more. Brian was quite warm and quick to reply for all our questions. I’d definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay!

Beautiful cabin in great location with access to outdoor activities!

This is a beautiful cabin. Brian is fabulous with communication and keeping in touch as needed, along with trying to ensure your stay is perfect! We stayed with our three kids and had a great time! It's a great location for outdoor activities and we were able to hike daily without having to drive too far. When learning how far we were coming and that we were coming as a family Brian and his wife went above and beyond to ensure we had a great family vacation!

2023 August Vacation

We typically stay in Bretton Woods area but decided to stay closer to North Conway this time around. Brian’s place is a extremely nice and was large enough to give everyone in our group lots of space. Living and kitchen space on the main floor with 1/2 bath. Top floor and lower floor each have a full bath and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom and living room has a flat screen. We didn’t have time to utilize but access to attitash sports club is included. Would strongly recommend.

We are a family of six living full time in Westport, MA. We have enjoyed all four seasons at this property for over 15+ years. We primarily use our property for skiing in the winter with a solid history of renting to others for their enjoyment in the spring, summer and fall seasons.

Why they chose this property

Due to a fire in 2013, this property is completely NEW, custom built and designed with all modern amenities including a 65" 4k Television, wireless internet, AC, granite counters, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinets & counters, back porch overlooking the ski/hiking trail, front beamed porch, etc. etc. etc.
