About this property

Family friendly townhouse with A/C and heated pool. Close to Storyland!

Great central Mount Washington Valley location and so close to everything. Heated outdoor swimming pool and Tennis courts are a 5 minute walk from our door. Townhouse has newly installed A/C and is 3 levels, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a Keurig. There is a washer & dryer in basement.
Off the main level is a 3 season porch with patio furniture and a Weber gas grill. Plenty of green space for throwing a frisbee or just letting the kids play in the back yard.

Excellent Getaway

We had a great time, Storyland, Echo Lake, Diana’s Bath and such a great location, close to everything!! House was perfect for our family! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out! The kids loved playing with the games that were in the living room. It’s in a great location that is both close to everything but quiet and tranquil.

Nice getaway home

Property was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for four adults and four older children. Beds were all comfortable. Great location. Pool was fantastic. Would recommend this property.

Great family House

We travelled with our son and his children to visit Storyland. This was a perfect location. The house was very clean, well provisioned and kid friendly. The layout and the furniture was perfect for our multi generational family. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Storyland visit

The property was as listed and clean, we had all that we needed for a great weekend. The location was perfect. If I were to offer any critique it would be on the bathrooms, they were a bit small but clean and functional

Everyone was pleased with the stay! Kids, teenagers, and adults. House was very clean, close to attractions, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and the AC was a great feature with the hot weather week we experienced. Would highly recommend.

Family Saco Bound Trip

We stayed here and had other family in the same complex just down the road! The space was great for all of us especially with 2 teenage boys. We all enjoyed the back deck for dinner. The host was great at keeping in touch and we had an amazing time :)

Great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying in fox run. This particular unit was clean, neat, came with lots of creature comforta like dishwasher pods, some laundry items, towels, washcloths, etc. Its a lovely a private townhouse with cool air conditioning and close proximity to neighborhoods to walk, the Saco River for the kids to play in, and far eniugh away from the hubbub of town. We'd def come again!

Love love location, private woodland setting yet close to everything my family and grandchildren love, especially the pool for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring and walks by the river close by. Had everything our family of 8 -10 , and 2 dogs needed..very clean and well stocked...plus Josephine the manager is amazing....already planning for next year! Jackie C.

golf getaway

Nice townhouse with a quick 8 min ride to Wentworth Golf Course, as we came up to golf. Unit had a nice layout, good selection of cookware that was not all beat up and the host was very quick to respond and deliver a new coffee pot, when we had a problem with the one in the unit. Close to North Conway..we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again!!
