What a great stay! Ideal location, close to underground (easy access from Heathrow and to everywhere we wished to go.) in the bustling west end theater area, also near China town, restaurants, shops, and quick walk to sightseeing. Comfortable sleeping for 5 adults. Great communication with property owners who accommodated early arrival. I can’t wait for another visit!
It was just the right size for 4-adults and 2-kids. Being located right downtown, made everything centrally located to almost everything we wanted to see. There was an internet issue, but the host took care of it right over the phone. Our family enjoyed the stay.
Couldn't have asked for a better location as it's walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and theaters, and the nearest tube station is just across the street. Noise levels can be a bit high at night, but this can be expected from such a lively area! Our host was very communicative at every step and property itself is clean and well kept. Highly recommend!
Very convenient location, walking distance to Westminster, Churchill War Rooms, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, SoHo, theatre district. Charing Cross is a very busy road (lots of traffic and pedestrians, not charming) but plenty of much cuter streets nearby. Living room space is compact but reasonable. Overall quite pleased with the flat.
This flat is exactly as advertised. We were only in the unit for one night. It is in an excellent part of town. I have nothing at all negative to say about this unit. Great communication with the property management staff! The only negative would be that the unit does not have AC, however they supply you with a large amount of fans in each room which is really nice.
Great flat! Stayed with 5 people. There is plenty of room. You cannot ask for a better location, 5 minutes walk from trafalgar and Leicester squares. Any type of food you’d like is seemingly just around the corner. Light sleepers will want yo pick the bedroom in the back of apartment as the front of building stays pretty busy throughout the night! Check in was a breeze with the videos provided. Our stay in beginning of August was quite warm in London, so the flat was pretty warm and being an older building there’s no air conditioning. There are fans in every room but a couple of our party had trouble sleeping because of the heat. Overall was a great home base for our trip!
Very family friendly and great location. Piccadilly line takes you directly to the flat from Heathrow. Only downside is that you have to carry your luggage up the stairs at the station. Hosts were very responsive to all questions. They installed portable air conditioners to 3 of the rooms that have windows which helped a lot with the heatwave. Based on other reviews, we packed ear plugs for the sleeper sofa room and the queen bedroom that faced the streets. They were very loud at night since it was a busy street, even with the windows closed. The flat has a washer and a drying rack. Overall it worked very well for our party of 8 with kids and we would book again.
