So glad you enjoyed your stay. Enjoy the rest of your summer. Come back again!
This was the second time I rented this property for the purpose of having my children know who their relatives are.
It was a short stay for us this time, however, many family members were able to attend and to enjoy good food and the view from the lovely wrap around deck!
The house was great. The small beach was a hit with the kids, and there was a nice porch to sit on and get some outdoor time. The kitchen and living room is fantastic with lots of natural light and views of the lake. We would definitely stay here again.
My family and I had such a great time at your beautiful lake house. The children loved the kayaks, fishing and swimming in the lake (we all did). The house is impeccably clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more. We definitely want to come back again.
4th year at your lovely lake home making great memories with our children and grand children. The house is equipped with all we need and the no wake location makes swimming and kayaking truly enjoyable. Already looking forward to next July. The Marquardts
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Bantam Lake. The house was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with nice appliances and cookware. The view of the lake was amazing, whether sitting on the deck or inside. Having access to a number of kayaks was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

All the years of boating location is key.
Perfect spot in a cove with a beautiful home.
The host responded to any of our requests promptly. Already looking forward to next year.
A beautiful house on a quiet little bay with an exquisite wrap around deck facing the water. Homeowners went ‘Above and Beyond’ in facilitating any need or question we had. Already looking forward to next year’s star.😀👍

Thank you Jeff. Look forward to seeing you all next summer! (Maybe the fish will be biting 😊).
The perfect rental on the lake. The property had everything we needed and was beautiful. The only downfall was the Lilly pads. The younger kids were unable to swim close to the shore due to the amount of Lilly pads. Other than that would definitely stay here again.
We came for a quick visit for a Celebration of life. Our children loved the lake. Saw Geese and Goslings, Ducks and Ducklings, a fox and 2 bears (bears at a property down the road). Had s’mores by the fire. Really enjoyed the property. Such a wonderful time. Next time we will come back in warmer weather when we can swim.

Glad you enjoyed your time at the lake. I’ll bet the kids lived seeing all the wildlife.
Sorry it wasn’t warmer, but this has been a wacky weather year.
Hope to see you again.
Another great time at this house. We dodged a few storms and made the best of the Lakes high water table due to the storms that produced a lot of rainfall. Some noticeable changes inside/outside that looked great. For a hot week with a miserably high dew point the house was very cool and comfortable. Already looking forward to next year :)

Thanks John. Always a pleasure to host your family. Maybe next year the water levels will be more normal!
Absolutely loved it. There was not one thing that we needed for our stay. The owner was readily available for
questions. The whole process was extremely simple. When
we told our grandson that we had to leave, he started crying. We hope to return again.
I chose this spot over many similar because of the boats. Not one or two or three but five! - four kayaks and a SUP. We did have to provide our own life jackets but that wasn’t a problem as the owner warned us ahead of time.
The best feature of the location is that it’s on a quiet no-wake cove, rather than the main expanse of the lake. This meant that my teens were often within view and not too far from shore while goofing around..
The fire pit, air conditioning units, and sparking bathrooms were all appreciated.
Everything was as listed and the house had all we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably. The kayaks were a big hit and our first fishing experience was so much fun. Easy access to ice cream and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to booking again next year!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days filled with swimming and kayaking, eating meals and reading on the covered porch, and playing games. The sandy bottom at the end of the dock where the water was just waist-high was perfect for those in our group still learning to swim. The cove was quiet and is a "no wake" area for boaters. The lily pads near the shore didn't bother us. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. Our only complaint was the inability to control the thermostat on the air conditioners or open windows, but Priscilla came by and made an adjustment for us. A highlight for us was a one-hour boat charter with CT Watersports. We cooked all our meals and found the kitchen and outdoor grill to be excellent for that. All-in-all a great place for our group.
This is our 3rd year vacationing on this lake and second year renting this lovely beach house. The place is beautiful , well stocked, extremely clean and accommodates our family and friends perfectly. The host is easily accessible and we are already looking forward to coming back next summer!
We had a great stay at the lake house. The view is beautiful from the deck. Very peaceful place. House was well equipped for our needs. Highly recommend, thank you!
We stayed here two years ago, so were familiar with the property. Our problem was the TV. We couldn't get it to work. Was told by the owner it was a new "Smart" TV which she also could not get to work. So the week was spent with one kiddie show we did manage to get.

It was nice to have you back.
Sorry about the tv. I had thought your son adjusted it because when you left I went in and the tv worked perfectly.
All who visited during our week at the cottage were united in one thing...this cottage has everything we need and want.
The crown jewel on the cottage is the wrap around deck. We almost lived out there because even if it rained and it did a little, we could still be outside watching.
The owners have done an amazing job with the care and upkeep of the cottage.
I appreciate all the little things the owners did like supplying the linens (not all rentals do) and even beach towels.
The kitchen had some little things that one might forget like salt and pepper and other condiments, however, the best part is that the kitchen has the highest quality appliances. The cabinets are plentiful with lots of dishes, bowls and pots (especially for cooking corn in) and pans - all that one would need for a very pleasant stay.
I especially like sitting on the deck with my morning coffee when the sun comes up!
After all of us went home, my daughter texted me a message, "Mom, we made a lot of memories there!"
A special thanks to the owners who provided us with this very special place.
My wife and i have been vacationing on lakes with our boat(s) for over 25 years. Our kids and their friends grew up swimming, boarding, knee boarding. skiing, tubing and just hanging out having fun. Life's too short to not have fun. This house met every need and Priscilla was awesome. What a great lake and equally what a great home.
(Don't pay attention to the reviews about the road noise. Yes it is quite busy but it didn't bother us in the least. You want quiet head to the forest :)
