Great stay!

Well-appointed beach home within a short walk from the beach. Brought our own linens and paper goods and had a great time! Clean and comfortable.

Wonderful home for relaxation

Beautiful home with 2 beach accesses close by. Our group really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and were able to relax and recharge.

Peaceful Retreat

We had a great getaway at Small Green. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house was comfortable, well-stocked, and immaculately clean. We enjoyed having a back deck, a front porch, and such quick access to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Another awesome stay at Small Green

I spent time every summer staying at Small Green as a kid. I had the opportunity to take my kids recently and it was such a beautiful experience. I immediately felt at home and loved that some things had stayed just the same. However, there were some awesome upgrades too. One of the master bathrooms was updated and there was an additional half bath on the main floor. The kitchen upgrades were beautiful too. I can't wait to come back home to Small Green!

Lovely stay

Overall a nice house and the layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. Could use a little updated interior decorating sometime soon. I will point out the small showers as well. They worked fine for us, but if you're much taller than 5'10" you may struggle, especially if you're claustrophobic at all. We did have an issue with the oven, the element was broken and could not be repaired until the end of the week so we didn't get to use it as planned for several meals. Lastly, the cleaning lady that showed up as we were leaving was extremely rude. We had 3 toddlers and an infant and tried our very best to get out of the house by 10 and failed to bring a couple of tied up trash bags downstairs as she was rushing us out of the house. Her attitude was quite distasteful and I really hope she had a better day after we left... Other than this, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider the same house again.
