Impressive villa with a central Andalusian patio in the heart of Malaga with unique views of the sea and the bay, in the famous area of Pedregalejo-Baños del Carmen. Located in a privileged enclave, near the sea and surrounded by green areas with the wonderful "El Morlaco" park full of flora and fauna where you can walk or do any sport in the middle of nature. A few minutes' walk away there are shops, restaurants and a promenade. By car 10 minutes from the historic center.
