Located in the hills of Málaga, just 10 minutes from the airport, Villa Magos offers complete peace and privacy, with no immediate neighbours. The villa is approximately 15 km from Málaga city centre, 3 km from Torremolinos, and only 3 km from the beaches, which can also be reached by bicycle.

The property is arranged over two levels and is entirely dedicated to holiday rentals.

Access to the property is through a private gate, with secure parking available inside the grounds. From the entrance, stairs lead to the upper floor.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area combining a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. The dining table can accommodate approximately 16 to 30 guests. Large windows and doors open directly onto the swimming pool and offer exceptional panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Around the pool, there are numerous outdoor loungers and relaxation areas where guests can enjoy the sun and the peaceful surroundings.

Also on the first floor are four bedrooms:

* a master suite with a private bathroom;
* a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom;
* and two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom located in the hallway.

On the ground floor, the villa includes two independent studios, one two bedrooms apartment, as well as a larger apartment that has two separate bedrooms, a small single alcove bedroom, and a living room. The two apartments and all two studios are fully equipped with their own kitchen facilities, flat-screen television and double bed.

The ground-floor accommodation opens directly onto a very large lawned garden, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a game of table tennis.

Villa Magos can accommodate approximately 16 to 30 guests. In total, the property offers 8 double beds, 6 single beds, 1 double sofa bed and 3 single sofa beds.

The villa is located on the western edge of Málaga, approximately 15 km from the historic city centre. Although it is very close to Málaga Airport, the property is set back in the hills and is not disturbed by aircraft noise.

The setting is peaceful and residential, without shops immediately next to the villa. The nearest shops and supermarkets are approximately 600 metres away.

We recommend taking a taxi from Málaga Airport, as the journey takes only around 10 minutes — one of the great advantages of the property. For exploring the surrounding area and travelling into central Málaga, we recommend having a car or using Uber or taxis.
