Older fisherman's house with a fantastic panoramic view of the Limfjord. The house is equipped with, among other things, wifi and Smart TV in the living room for streaming your own services. There is a wood-burning stove, which provides coziness on cold evenings. Heat pump in the living room. Please note that the ceiling height on the ground floor is only 1.80 meters, and some doorways are down to 1.60 meters. There is room for a total of 5 people: There is a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, from which there is also access to the first floor. On the first floor there is a room with a double bed and a 90 cm wide single bed in the passage room/living room. Living room on the 1st floor with fantastic views. Garden furniture on the terrace with a beautiful view of the water. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
