Country property with panoramic sea views. The holiday home is close to the forest and beach and the beach is only 500 metres away. At the house is 3000m² of fenced garden. This former country house is suitable for 8 people. The holiday home is 144 m² and was built in 1890. In 2017, the holiday home underwent a renovation. It is allowed to bring 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with an energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is underfloor heating in the entrance hall and bathroom. The holiday home has a washing machine. There is also a wood-burning stove. The holiday home is located on a 3600 m² natural plot with a biodiversity garden. The fjord is 500 metres away. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 2000 metres. There is a golf course at a distance of approximately 15 km. The holiday home has an open courtyard environment. Charcoal barbecue available. Parking at the holiday home. There are 5 bedrooms in total. The sleeping accommodation is divided into: 4 double beds. 4 beds in single beds. The kitchen is equipped with 1 fridge. There are 4 ceramic hobs, convection oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. Please note that water is included in the rental price. Non-smoking house and is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
