perfect location, beautiful house

Windyridge was perfect for our family get -together to celebrate a big birthday. There was something for everyone. The house offered a variety of facilities for all ages. It was clean, warm, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. I loved the welcome pack for our dogs and the fact that they had so much space .I would recommend Windyridge wholeheartedly/

The property was appealing from the description and met the needs for a family gathering. The directions to the property were easy and the instructions for retrieving the key were good. The check-in time was 4pm. We arrived after 4pm and the property was not ready. We had to call the owner, who showed up and seemed confused about the arrival dates. We had to leave, after travelling from London, and come back later after the owner had cleaned up. The upstairs primary suite had an infestation of wasps/bees. We notified the owner, but received no response. We killed over a dozen swarming insects. The last night of our stay, the water was shut-off. We notified the owner who came and thought the hot water heater was not working. We were unable to take a shower or turn on the dishwasher per the departure instructions. We asked the owner for a partial refund, but they did not respond. This place was a disappointment.
