The host was informative pre arrival and gave us a flexible check in/ check out. House was in a great location- very close to a beautiful beach ( note it is a dog beach). The accommodation worked for our multi generational party...although the stairs to the upstairs bedroom were very steep! Kitchen was great with large oven and fridge. We mostly stayed at the house as celebrating a 90th birthday. We had glorious weather and spent lots of time in the garden!

We had a lovely stay here. We had a walk to the nicest clean sandy beach and it was such a quiet area. Kim was also a great host letting us check in early and leave late. Would definitely recommend

Great communication and extremely helpful host. Good choice of bedrooms and large area for parking at the front of the property which was ideal not having to worry about parking on the road. Fabulous location, within walking distance to lovely restaurants (really enjoyed Rick Stein’s and Lazy Jack’s) and around the corner to the chain link ferry which takes you to stunning Studland and drive onto Swanage.We were very lucky to have amazing weather so having a garden to sit in at the property, after a day out enjoying the area, was a real plus.

We had a wonderful time here, and the kids were thrilled too. The location is fantastic; we didn't even need to start the car during our entire stay. Communication with the owner was excellent.I highly recommend it and will definitely be back in the future.
