This is a wee gem of a place - all the comforts of home, handy for everything in Ripon and one of the best equipped self catering rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

Ideal for driving around the Ripon / Harrogate area and within easy half hour walking distance to Ripon town. Parking best if you reverse in and convenience of having Morrisons accross road greatAccomodation clean, great shower and comfortable. Bit noisy at front of house due to main road but did not distract from our stay

Lovely property, everything you need for a comfortable stay, however parking is terrible & property backs onto a very busy main road, so traffic noise constant day & night, making sleeping difficult due to road noise.
