The house is ideal for those appreciating nature, tranquillity, snorkelling, diving, fishing or walking. Small supermarket, restaurants as well as the wonderful sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell are only few minute walk from the house.
The house has 3 double bedrooms, each with panoramic sea views and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is open to the dining-living rooms which give access to the terrace, private swimming pool and garden through large sliding door-windows. The 3 bedrooms have spectacular sea views through large French door-windows.

I fell in love with Menorca when I discovered the island in the 80's. I bought a land very close to the sea and built this house in 2007.

Why they chose this property

A house on the waterfront to hear the noise of the sea and enjoy one of the best panoramic sea views in Menorca, all with great tranquillity! A very nice coast path will lead you directly from the house to the village of Macaret and another coast path will lead you to the beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Son Saura. For those enjoying diving or snorkelling, the cala in front of the house offers spectacular seabeds with amazing fauna and flora.

What makes this property unique

This property is exceptional in Menorca for those willing to enjoy unspoiled Mediterranean Sea, wild nature and beach leisure activities, still being within a walking distance to supermarket or restaurants.
