Lovely Time in Menorca

Property was exactly as described. Lovely location. Menorca is small so we could travel anywhere in about 30 minutes. Beautiful smalll villages as well as two larger towns made for a great trip. Restaurants were top notch. We had the added treat of getting to know the VRBO owners. I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation.

We spend a wonderful week in Robert's villa. Absolutely stunning views from this villa. Snorkeling in crystal clear water just at the door step, all commodities around the corner and great communication with Robert and his wife. Don't hesitate to book this place. It's worth it.

Comfortable and clean accommodation in a pleasant setting. Nice pool and great views, and good snorkelling in a sheltered bay close by. A genial host who did not intrude on our privacy and a small supermarket within easy walking distance. What's not to like? I would recommend this property if you are planning to visit Menorca.

Beyond words

What an amazing property. We have stayed in Arenal D'en Castell on a number of occasions and this is by far, the most exceptional property we have been in. The views over the rocks and out to sea are amazing at sunset and sunrise, the villa itself was perfect for the three of us but will easily accommodate six, and the owner was a joy to meet (by arrangement) part way through our stay. The photos don't do the villa justice. We have tried to reserve again for next year but our preferred dates have been booked. We will keep in touch with the owner and are more than happy to recommend.

Stunning views and perfect for walking to beach

Exactly as described with amazing views - unfortunately for us was very windy and on some days quite cool for our 2 weeks in September (very strange weather in Med this year!) so we only managed one snorkel in the cove on our penultimate day - otherwise we would have been there all the time. The waves were immense in the wind - great for photos but not for snorkelling! Lovely walk round to Na Macaret. Very easy walk to beach and restaurants. Extremely peaceful (apart from biblical thunderstorm on our last night!!) - just few people using the coast path. Pool lovely - lots of room surrounding - could just do with 2 more loungers as there were 6 of us for 4 days. Only one small suggestion - new shower heads please!! Very old and leaky with water spraying everywhere except in the shower!! Otherwise would highly recommend (and hopefully next time weather slightly kinder to us!!)

Erholung pur bei Robert

Wir hatten 10 supertolle und erholsame Tage in der Finca verbracht. Sie war so ausgestattet wie beschrieben, und fehlte nichts. Während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir zwei technische Probleme, die innerhalb kürzester Zeit von Robert behoben wurden. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Mendoza war mehr als zielführend. Traumhafter einmaliger Ausblick und Ruhe..

Wir (4 Personen) haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vor der Reise hat reibungslos verlaufen. Kontaktlose Einchecken und Auschecken. Das Willkommen-Launch & Wein waren sehr passend und angenehm. Das Haus ist sauber, angenehm und hat alles nötiges für die tolle Aufenthalt. Eine große Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Felsen und Meer. Die traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge, die wir aus dem Schlafzimmer oder mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf der Terrasse genossen haben sind zu empfehlen.. Ganz netter und verständnisvoller Besitzer Robert, den man jeder Zeit um Rat und Tipps fragen kann.. Auch ein Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Peace and quiet

What a fabulous property. The villa was simple, clean and spacious with everything you could need. The view is stunning, the pool so warm and cleaned regularly. A minutes walk to the cove, we snorkled and swam everyday with barely another soul. A short easy walk to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Yet such a quiet area. FABULOUS holiday.

Erholung mit fantastischem Meerblick

Wir 3 haben einen wunderschönen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht, der Blick auf die Bucht ist unbeschreiblich schön, wir haben nichts vergleichbares auf Menorca gefunden. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, nach einer Woche hatten wir Wäschewechsel und Zwischenreinigung. Bei unserer Anreise gab es Toast, Butter und Käse sowie Bier, Wasser und Wein, was sehr angenehm war. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz (5 Minuten), der Stand ist einer der schönsten auf Menorca. Wir haben direkt wieder für 2022 gebucht. Dankeschön Robert für Deine Flexibilität und Dein Entgegenkommen.

Wow, just wow.

We’ve just returned from a week in this beautiful property. First of all the villa was immaculate, cleaned to a very high standard and everything looked new. The views are even better than the pictures could ever do justice. The pool is lovely, there’s nothing more you could ask for., especially when there’s a welcome package of bread, milk, beer and wine. The beach is a very short walk away, as are the bars and restaurants. It’s a quiet area but in a good way, fantastic for families. We have already talked about booking again for next year. Amazing island, amazing villa.

A house on the waterfront to hear the noise of the sea and enjoy one of the best panoramic sea views in Menorca, all with great tranquillity! A very nice coast path will lead you directly from the house to the village of Macaret and another coast path will lead you to the beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Son Saura. For those enjoying diving or snorkelling, the cala in front of the house offers spectacular seabeds with amazing fauna and flora.
