Wir hatten 2 Mäuse in der Küche, die wir fangen mussten. Der Gasgrill war total verdreckt. Die Decken im Wohnzimmer haben gestunken. Der Toaster war kaputt. Ein Schlafzimmer im oberen Geschoss konnte nicht genutzt werden, das es total nach Kanalisation gerochen hat.

Je suis sincèrement désolée pour ces désagréments. En tant que Superhost, cela ne correspond absolument pas à nos standards habituels. Dommage que vous ne nous ayez pas prévenus dès votre arrivée : nous aurions immédiatement nettoyé le barbecue, remplacé le grille-pain et réglé le souci des souris (nous sommes à la campagne). Tout sera corrigé avant l’arrivée des prochains locataires y compris l’intervention d’un plombier pour l’odeur de canalisation. Au plaisir de vous accueillez nouveau dans des conditions à la hauteur de notre engagement habituel.

Bonito chalet cerca de una estación de esquí alpina, bien equipado en cuanto a electrodomésticos. Sin embargo, la información expresada en el portal no se ajusta a la realidad en cuanto al número y tipo de habitaciones del alojamiento, alguna de ellas prácticamente inaccesible para una persona normal, y desde luego insuficientes para 12 adultos (el máximo indicado). A esto se añade la existencia de solo dos WC, y una red wifi inoperativa por su corto alcance.

Très belle région, nous avons adoré. Le chalet est très spacieux, mais nous étions que des retraités et n'avons pas utilisé les mezzanines, plus pour notre âge.

Tres beau chalet. Nous avons eu la chance d avoir du tres beau temps. Dommage que les restaurants et autres boutiques etaient fermés . Sauf celle du marchand de souvenirs. Tres bons moments passes dans sa boutique.

Prachtig gelegen huis

Fijn verblijf gehad in goed gelegen (vlakbij bus naar skipiste). Zelfs uitzicht op de verderop gelegen piste vanuit het huis. Warmtedroogkast aanwezig voor drogen van skispullen. Fijne sauna en bubbelbad.
