Welcome to the Island! Real Escapes Properties offers this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condominium located at the desirable Beach Club on St. Simons Island.
Unit No. 327 is a comfortable residence that features a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. There is seating for 4 at the dinner table and another two seats located at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a separate walk-in shower and a garden tub. The guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located just off the guest room. Balcony views are the interior courtyard and beyond to the ocean.
The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.
While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance. Easy walk to Crabdaddy’s, Beachcomber BBQ and Barrier Island Brewery.
Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. See NOTE below. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• No pets are allowed in this unit.

**** NOTE: During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag are in each unit. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
