Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to Beach Club - Unit #303. Everything in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath ocean front condominium has been renovated and updated!

This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the coffee counter.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath – with both a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Not ready for bed? Tucked inside this spacious bedroom is a perfect spot to read a good book. The guest room has two twin-size beds and shares access to the balcony along with the master bedroom. Your balcony is on the outside of Beach Club, overlooking North Breakers.

The Beach Club on St. Simons Island is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.

**** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

This was the perfect condo for our family for a nice spring break. Very clean and nice accommodations. Pool area and beach were great too. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and would definitely love to stay here again!

Family reunion

This is the 4th year we have come to the island for a family reunion and this year we all stayed at various Beach Club condos! Our unit was clean, well equiped and we enjoyed our stay! Hope to be back next year!

We had an amazing time! Everything was clean and a great location! Our only suggestion is to have a few amenities so a trip to the store immediately is not necessary (body wash, coffee and filters). We left all the above so hopefully the next guest is taken care of! It is an amazing place in an amazing location!

Great stay

This was our first time staying at SSI and we loved it. The condo was in a great location with a nice pool and short walk to the beach. Condo was well-equipped. The only thing we missed was sheets for the pull-out couch. The condo advertised as sleeping 6, but with no sheets for the hide-a-bed, it made it difficult for our son to sleep on that couch. Other than that, we have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Many quality restaurants nearby, we had a great breakfast at Palmers Village Cafe, and you have to try the cronuts at Dulce Doughnuts for a snack. Halyards was a wonderful dining experience for a high quality dinner. We had a great Anniversary weekend in St Simons

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You get what you paid for. They aren't any ceiling fans and the floor fans are old. It's hard to regulate the AC in the unit so you have to keep the curtains closed. Some basic things that I would have expected were the ceiling fans, a water filter in the kitchen (sink, fridge, britta), don't want to see half a job done (paint around the toilet paper holder wasn't done), king bed, basic items like trash bags, dish soap, etc. But again, you get what you pay for. For the price point that we paid it was fine.
