Real Escapes Properties is proud to introduce you to Beach Club - Unit #303. Everything in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath ocean front condominium has been renovated and updated!

This residence features a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, private balcony with ocean views, and combined living and dining area. The dining room seats six comfortably and there are two additional bar seats at the coffee counter.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen tv and a gorgeous en-suite bath – with both a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Not ready for bed? Tucked inside this spacious bedroom is a perfect spot to read a good book. The guest room has two twin-size beds and shares access to the balcony along with the master bedroom. Your balcony is on the outside of Beach Club, overlooking North Breakers.

The Beach Club on St. Simons Island is the largest oceanfront complex on the island and known as a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the condominium complex. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

Great location

The check in process was straight forward. The location of the condo was a short walk to the pool and beach and just a short bike ride from the pier and restaurants. The complex is clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again with my family.

Great Location with Easy Check-In/Out Process

The beach is close enough to walk.We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. 5 min drive to shopping and light house district. Sidewalk if you want to rent a bike or take a stroll. Many quality restaurants nearby, we had a great breakfast at Palmers Village Cafe, and you have to try the cronuts at Dulce Doughnuts for a snack. Halyards was a wonderful dining experience for a high quality dinner. We had a great Anniversary weekend in St Simons
