Lots of space for big groups.Access to the private park would be wonderful for a family picnic.Close to centre

Disliked: Communication
Avoid this property. Guest safety appears to be a complete afterthought.Our stay was completely ruined by a serious wasp infestation. There was an active wasp nest located above the kitchen door in the backyard (inside a gap beneath the window inside the property). Despite keeping the windows closed, wasps were somehow still entering the property.By the time we realised the extent of the problem, more than 15 to 20 wasps had entered the kitchen and dining area through the doors and windows (in summer). My daughter was stung by a wasp, and I was also stung while trying to remove them and protect my family. When we inspected the backyard, there were approximately 70 to 80 wasps swarming around the area.As a result, we were unable to use the hot tub or spend any time in the backyard. I took numerous photos and videos showing both the live wasps inside and outside and the wasps we had to kill.The situation caused significant stress and anxiety throughout our trip. The children were frightened, and some had to sleep on the sofa because wasps were continuing to appear in the bedroom. What should have been a relaxing family holiday turned into an upsetting experience.Most concerning is the owner's apparent lack of concern for guest safety. Despite providing evidence of the infestation and the wasp stings, the owner has refused to offer any reimbursement or accept responsibility for the issue.
