WONDERFUL LOCATION !!! GREAT PROPERTY !!!This 4 bedroom, 4 bath cabin is a must see!!!! No matter what you come to the mountains for, this location has it. This cabin has large rooms for large families or more than one family. The furnishings are very comfortable, and you will have everything that you will need for your stay. Linens,towels,pillows, tv, WiFi, new Mattresses, beautiful yard, private deck with awesome view, plenty of parking, everything!!!

The gameroom is usually where you will find everyone. Their is so much to do, pooltable,tabletop poker, flat screen tv, games.
It also has a full bath and 2 sleeper sofas,( singles) if needed for a 5th bedroom.Large kitchen has an eat-at-bar with a breakfast table that seats 4. The dining-room has a large table for seating 8 guests.

Enjoy the large hot tub after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, or after a ride through CADES COVE!!!!!!!

You will come back once you have seen the beautiful landscaped yard.
A yard for the kids to play, a shade for the grandparents to sit under.Very private and secluded and full of flowering trees and bushes.At night sit by the fire outside, and have great conversation and make memories. And watch the Beautiful and Unique Firework Show at Dollywood every night at 9pm Eastern time. Awesome!

Walking distance to fine shops, restuarants, and amusement parks.There are 3 trolly stops close to the cabin for your convenience. This property is very unique.The location, the cabin, the room inside and outside. You will feel at home here. It is a piece of heaven.!!

It was a great place to stay with plenty of room and things to do. The cabin was very clean and furnished well. We loved the decor inside and outside!

Great place!

Lots of room to spread out! We celebrated Thanksgiving with family, and this was the perfect house! Large enough for everyone to have their own space, and comfy enough to enjoy! The game room was a highlight with everyone. The home was decorated for fall/Thanskgiving, which was a nice touch. We appreciated being so close to the main drag. Great stay!

Best Family Trip

We stayed at this beautiful cabin for our annual family vacation! What a fantastic time we had! The cabin is welcoming & comfortable just as described! The location is amazingly close to all the attractions but once you climb the driveway it’s like you are secluded.

Wonderful Place

We were a group of 8 adults and we were very comfortable. The balcony is great to be able to watch the nightly fireworks at Dollywood. Within 10 minute drive of pretty much everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location and relaxation

The cabin was a little tricky to find to start but once you find it the peace sinks right in. Overlooking the strip of Pigeon Forge couldnt have been more quiter and relaxing. The whole family enjoyed their stay and definitely would stay again. Overlooking the strip and fireworks from Dollywood plus the music from Patriot park was a bonus. I need a full time spot like this.

Perfect location

This was the best trip ever. The cabin was beautiful! The location was perfect. Walking distance to the strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is situated on a wooded lot for plenty of privacy and lots of parking.

Great Location!

Great place and yard. Close to everything. Spent a lot of time in the game room and enjoyed the hot tub one night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Papaw's place

Papaw's Cabin was beautiful! Pictures were accurate. Plenty of room for the family. Amazing outdoor space. Great communication with owner! We would definitely rent this cabin again. 👍

Family vacation

Awesome awesome awesome...no washer/dryer and can get a little warm in bedrooms upstairs but....all around just AWESOME! We loved it! We would defiantly stay again.

Nice house in Pigeon Forge

Overall good experience. Somewhat dusty and someone's undergarment left behind. Listing mentioned free coffee but no coffee. House was very nicely decorated and was perfectly laid out for our group. We enjoyed the pool table and downstairs room. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was awesome and beautifully decorated. We loved the location but had a bit of difficulty finding it the first time. The only downside was that 2 of the upstair bedrooms mattresses need to be replaced.

Family Trip

What a great place to stay and be right in the mix of things. The location is convenient to shows, rides, shopping, The Mill, and getting around to National Park etc. Make sure to take advantage of the over look deck especially at night when Dollywood has their fireworks. We sat out there night and day and even ate a meal under the shelter. This is like camping but you get to have the house too. The house is very nice and was comfortable for our entire family. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking at booking it again soon.

Dollywood vacation

We had a wonderful stay here. Absolutely no issues. The property is beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking Pigeon Forge in the mornings and evenings. We were really pleased with the location and its close proximity to everything, yet it still felt secluded. Legenia was quick to respond to all questions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Pigeon Forge. The driveway was a-bit hard to find initially, but once we figured it out, it was easy to access!

Fabulous Time with the Family

I was a little concerned after some of the other reviews, but after our stay- I have NO idea what they were complaining about! We had a blast, it was spotless, well appointed and so close to everything - looking to go back in the fall and stay at same house - HIGHLY recommend staying here. Owner was awesome and responded quickly on a couple of questions we had.. Only recommendaction- is more detailed instructions on the driveway, GPS did not get us there and took us a while to find entrance.

Awesome hidden paradise

We had a really bad week and decided to head to the mountains. Since it was last minute trip, I contacted to owner to get it for the day of as well. It worked out great! The house was a little tricky to find but once we did it was amazing. View of Parkway and mountains. It’s hidden above and behind the stores. Large yard, clean interior, landscaping will be amazing in bloom, comfortable beds, awesome water pressure in the shower. All good vibes here!!

Great location!

The house was in a great location! Just a couple things I was surprised about. There is no washer and dryer and not a lot of extra towels. The beds were not comfortable and the upstairs is pretty warm. Which may not be a problem in the winter months, but summer it’s not good. Also. They only supplied us with 4 trash bags, we had 9 people and a baby. Was told I had to buy more. But overall, it was a good stay! Love the main level living area!!

Memorial Day weekend reunion

Our family gets together every Memorial Day weekend. Since 2005 until we retired in Southern Alabama we always gathered at Kelleys Island on Lake Erie. We decided to have our grown children and grandchildren to meet as half way. Pigeon Forge is where we decided to go. Papaw Wilburns Cabin was the cabin we chose. A great choice too. We had a wonderful time in this fabulous cabin. The outdoor setting is beyond belief, with room to play yard games, cook out, have several fire pits and sitting area that was cantilevered over the hilltop looking down on the Parkway. Beautiful inside and out. The interior of the cabin was also decorated beautifully. The game room was a hit. Hopefully we can come back. We want to thank the VRBO owner for sharing this unique hidden gem.

Legenia bought the cabin in 2006 and thought it was the perfect place to name after her Daddy-The Late Mr. Wilburn Kilgo(8/21/36-12/7/04)...he was a wonderful and loving Daddy, Husband, Uncle, Brother and especially the Best PawPaw ever...he loved life, his family, logging which he done his whole life and traveling anywhere especially The Great Smokey Mountains!! It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT...from the picnic area and the landscaped yard to the tastefully decorated rooms and gameroom;you are sure to find something for every age group in your family to enjoy...we have ages 6 to 70 in our family and everyone is always pleased....we know you will too:) (Yalonda)

What makes this property unique

The house was built in 1940, but we have done a great deal of new updates. The Cabin still has some of the old charm, but feels new at the same time. The rooms are large and roomy, even the baths. The property sits on an acre of land, so you actually have a yard. That is very unusual for a rental property.Plenty of parking is also a plus at this property. The view from sitting outside is the best. Some will never leave the property, until it is time to go home. Can not describe how private the property is, but still so close to everything.
