Guests can pick up bundles of firewood at nearby convenience or grocery stores to be used in outside firepit. Guest will have access to the entire home except for locked owners storage area. Parking for six cars on paved driveway.
Other things to note
The cabin is well equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, blender, crock pot, bakeware, coffee maker, Keurig, washer, dryer, Outdoor Park style charcoal grill ( guests will need to provide their own charcoal for grill), towels and linens provided.

Self-check-in, door code will be sent to you before your arrival along with directions to the cabin.

Check-in is 4PM
Check out is 10AM

The road leading up to the cabin will change to gravel/dirt for about 1000 feet, it will then change back to paved road until you get to the cabin, where it will have paved driveway and parking.

Just like with any home, there are times appliances (including hot tubs, which are appliances) can break. We are not responsible to provide a refund if an appliance breaks, to include hot tubs, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, blenders, washer/dryer, etc. We will have the item fixed or replaced as quickly as the maintenance specialist can get there, but please do not ask us or VRBO for a refund. We value our maintenance team and they work hard to remedy appliance situations as soon as possible. All TV's are streaming TV's. Feel free to log in to your personal streaming service providers.

If the cleaners charge extra due to stained towels, sheets, or excessive cleaning, those charges will be passed to you.
Please put all trash in bear bins.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over unless accompanied by a parent. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Do not throw anything except toilet paper into the septic system. Any other items could clog septic system and you will be liable for repair.

-Fireplace is available only from October 1 to April 30 as any other cabin in the area.

- All guests should be aware at all times on the decks. Children should be accompanied by an adult while on the decks.

- Absolutely no fires inside the cabin or anywhere other than the provided fire pit when outdoors. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

-Cabin is located in the woods. There are wildlife in the area including bears. Take appropriate precautions. We have routine pest control; however, on occasion you may see a bug.

-Power outages are rare but they could occur. We have no control over this. We do not have a back up generator. Should this occur, please enjoy the authenticity of cabin life and it should be on shortly.

-NO REFUNDS for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for coverage. Relatively small expense for peace of mind.

Just so guests know we supply a starter roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dish soap, a roll of paper towels and a few trash bags. If you go through all of the starter supplies, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more for the rest of their stay. There are also plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores around to purchase your supplies and grocery items. The grill is an outdoor park style charcoal grill, (guests will need to bring their own charcoal) There is a ring doorbell located on front porch facing driveway and front steps. Ring doorbell is active and able to record at all times.
