As a family of five with three children, this apartment was perfectly suited and in a prime location with access to grocery stores, restaurants, and key attractions in Paris within 30 minutes, It was very clean and easy to access, The apartment had everything a family would need for a pleasant stay, such as dishes, pots, and a hairdryer, We highly recommend this apartment and host, and we will definitely return to use their services again,

This flat is contemporary, spotless, and well-maintained, The location is fantastic, only a stone's throw away from the Republique Metro station, which appeared to offer a direct train link to all the places we desired to visit! The hosts were excellent at communication and replied to all inquiries promptly, We resided here with our three children, and it was a bit snug for five individuals, but given the location and reasonable price, we considered it to be excellent value, We wholeheartedly suggest this flat for your trip to Paris!

Very functional apartment, very well located and above all very clean, Very clear explanations to access it, Two remarks to take into account: - the absence of real blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom, - a towel warmer in the bathroom would be an effective solution for drying communal bath items, We will return without any problem apart from these observations,

The apartment was fully stocked with all the essentials we required, The beds were cozy, A nice touch was the provision of coffee and biscuits as a welcome gesture, The self check-in process was time-consuming due to the key being located in another apartment, It would have been more convenient if the key was accessible at the exact location of the apartment, The floor seemed a bit unclean, providing slippers for each guest would have been a thoughtful addition, I would advise against this apartment for individuals on the heavier side, as it was difficult to exit the shower cabin with the door closed,

Apartment was tidy and described accurately, However, a small issue during check-in led to the cleaners still being there 30 minutes afterwards, It appears the previous guest misplaced the key, but this information was not shared, leaving me to arrive at the lockbox and find no key,

The check-in process was challenging as it initially led us to the incorrect address, requiring us to enter a separate building to collect the keys, Subsequently, we had to walk a further distance to locate the correct building, Despite this, the area felt secure and the hosts were highly accommodating, They allowed us to deposit our luggage early and retain it beyond our check-out time, Their responsiveness and assistance were consistent throughout the entire experience, The apartment is compact, so I suggest packing light, The bathroom facilities functioned adequately but are more suited for individuals of smaller stature, The property's exceptional location provides close proximity to public transportation,
