Easy to access and perfect for a family to stay near to the city. Has everything you need. Beautiful windows that you can open and have nice sunshine coming in. In a safe area with a good Italian restaurant below, playgrounds in walking distance and friendly neighbors too.

Sandra, a well-placed apartment paired with quick, clear communication takes most of the stress out of a trip, so it is good to hear both worked for you. Keeping the address for later is the best compliment, and the door stays open whenever you come back.

The property is in a good location. Walkable to the Eiffel tower and train stations with some good food options nearby. The unit is very small. There are 2 bedrooms one of which looks onto the street and has no blinds/curtains so is very bright and can be noisy. There is a 2 seater but nowhere for living room seating apart from the small kitchen table/chairs. The shower had now hot water with pressure. I reached out to the host and was told it was a hot water tank capacity issue. However it didnt' matter what time of day if was used and whether any other hot water had been used. If you wanted a hot shower it was literally a dribble.

Communication facile par le site et explications claires.Nous avons pu avoir le logement le matin à 11h.L'endroit est bien placé: proche du metro 12, à 10 mn de montparnasse et proche du centre.La rue est calme, le logement est propre.Bon rapport qualite prix pour un week-end.
