A refundable security deposit of €200 is required before check-in – we hold the deposit on the credit card (upon arrival or one day before) and release it up to 7 days after check-out.



The platform no longer holds the security deposit and allows us to collect it directly from the guest. This information appears at booking confirmation. Therefore, all bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the check-in day.
