The Space:
The ground floor centres on a generous open plan deVOL kitchen, with skylight, dining area and full-width glazed doors to the private garden.
The kitchen has an island with stone worktops, an instant hot tap, quality appliances and a family-sized table.
Large separate sitting TV area, in winter the house is warm and cosy, a calm base after Christmas shopping or West End shows.
Upstairs, the principal suite has a super king bed en suite shower room; the loft bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom.
The first floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, and a flexible fourth bedroom with a study and a day bed that can be set as a single or double. In total, there are four bathrooms, two en suite.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

*Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs inside the property.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
