The location is ideal for the West End with Bond Street being 5 stops by tube taking approx. 16mins, Notting hill is 2 stops in 5mins. The location is also very easily accessible to Kensington Gardens & Palace and the open spaces of Hyde park. it is also on the right side of the city if you are looking to escape to the Cotswolds , Wales & the South West and offers easy access to the Harry Potter studios and Heathrow Airport. Parking is available at an hourly cost outside the apartment between 9-5pm Mon-Sat and FREE evenings & Sundays Spaces outside the flat are plenty. Parking payment is on the app RINGO , Check in is from 4pm we don’t have the facilities to hold luggage prior to checkin , left luggage facilities are available at Paddington station or booking the property for the previous night to guarantee an early Checkin.

The property was ideal for our stay, with enough space and facilities for our group of 5 adults. We appreciated the quietness in the evenings even though it was near a main road. Convenient to a small grocery shop and a pub, and easy walking distance to 2 tube stations and the huge Westfield shopping center. Would definitely consider it again for another London visit.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The neighborhood is quiet but close to bus stops and the train station. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Everything was quite comfortable in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.
A perfect appartment for a family to explore London. Description on the internet is accurate, check in process absolute easy. Communication with Ronan was very friendly and fast. Kitchen is perfectly equipped, wlan well functioning, connection to the underground is comfortable. Either walking 700m or two stations by bus. Most important for us: although located in a big city, this appartment and the neighborhood are extremely quiet. You can perfectly recover from exciting walks through the city. Would love to come back some time. Thanks a lot.

Had a great 11 night stay. Host was very responsive to any requests. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was more than adequate to cook a large holiday meal. Convenient to tube for exploring London or day trips outside the city. Only caution would be for those that can’t easily navigate stairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.
Accurate description of property. Kitchen had everything you need to cook/eat. White City tube station is a 10 minute walk. Nice mix of convenience and price. Would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay in Ronan’s apartment. It was close to transport, spacious and well equipped. The stairs might have been a problem for those with mobility issues, but did not worry us too much.
Fron the booking several months ago to the end of our stay was the communication with Ronan was exceptional and helpful. Full kitchen facilities. A quiet location close to tube and bus.
Nice location, good kitchen, good communication with the host. Bedrooms and bathroom upstairs are very small. Hot water is plentiful but difficult to regulate in the shower.
Good location for navigating the city. We enjoyed the ability to hang out in the kitchen and living area as we had 5 adults. The space allowed us to have breakfast and to bring in dinner when we chose after active days exploring. It made for a more relaxed and less stressed time. Upstairs rooms were a little tight for adults but perfectly functional as we were not living there.

We loved the quite street and proximity to the bus stop (and short walk to the tube). Westfield shopping center was surprising, very high end and enormous. Also it had my daughter’s favorite grocery, Waitrose.
The owner and the manager were very helpful and responsive we needed to contact them for had a couple of house and appliance operations questions that were promptly resolved.
The beds were firm and comfortable and the place was perfect for us to base our month long stay.
The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, lovely views from front and back windows. Very well-equipped, comfortable bedding and furniture. There’s a steep and narrow flight of stairs to main level and another to second bedroom, so heads up on that. It’s a nice walk through a friendly neighborhood to Notting Hill, and a short walk to nearest Tube station. The only thing I’d change about interior is that there’s no place to put toiletries in bathroom. Could use a few shelves both outside and in shower. Otherwise, perfect spot for our family of four.
From the moment we arrived, there was little to no communication with the owner. He had a property manager briefly show us the place in a few minutes. I had asked in advance for an extra top sheet but was told this was not possible, despite this being no problem for every other property we stayed in over a 6 week Europe tour. We asked for an extra mattress, and were charged 100 pounds, for what turned out to be three connected flat cushions, which were uncomfortable to sleep on. The property is tiny and cramped, and many items were not working, eg a lounge room handle fell off and nearly hit my foot, the shower was blocked, and the top ensuite shower area was so small it was almost unusable. The showers turned hot and cold constantly and it was very hard to control the temperature. The property is not in a nice area, there were no nice cafes or anything local of interest. For the same amount of money we moved to a far better location in Fulham, with four comfortable bedrooms in a lovely apartment and lovely area. You can do so much better for this price.

The guest had multiple communication with me prior to their booking and a few days before arrival requested a specific bedding which was not possible as we don’t change the bedding to suit individual needs , they booked a 3 bedroom apartment when they needed a 4 bedroom due to one of the party having a medical condition- it became apparent quite quickly that there was something wrong with one of the teenagers when he created a leak to the downstairs apartment by overflowing the shower to point of not having the common sense to turn it off as the plug backed up - I attended and no apologies from the parents and when I did attend I discovered the bathroom sink area has been damaged by this teenager , again no explanation or apology which brought me to the conclusion that he was in some way appeared medically impaired as they appeared to be used to this behaviour, the guests had a rough and ready approach to the apartment and had no respect for the space so I was relieved when they decided to move much further out and seek another place , as that was their choice to do and as such they were not entitled , requested or given any refund - I did not charge them for the damage they created as I was just so relieved to see the back of them to be honest , the damage to the bathroom sink and surround from the teenager pulling off the melamine finish and the cost of the damage of the flood perpetuated by the teenagers reckless use of the shower I waived - these occurrences fortunately are few and far between as the majority of guests respect the space and hosts alike , unfortunately on this occasion that did not happen the multiple positive reviews that we get are more of an accurate representation than a review which is not truthful ,lacks objective balance and seeks to skew the truth and facts because of a guests reckless behaviour
This townhome was great for my mom, brother and I. It was convenient that we all had a room, and more than one bathroom. It was a quick walk to all public transit, and the host was great.
The property was as advertised. About a 10 minute walk to the tube. Small grocery store around the corner was convenient. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but manageable. All in all the family was pleased with the accommodations.
Comfortable home-away-from-home with easy access to public transportation
Ronan and his property manager were great hosts who provided check-in flexibility for travelers. Although we had a car (daily parking payment required, no issues) we chose to use the bus and tube for transportation, loved the opportunity to walk to local stations. The upstairs bathroom would benefit greatly if a shelf near the sink, shower caddy and toilet paper holder could be added. Otherwise, very nice property.

Great flat near buses and Tube
This worked perfectly for my husband and me and our two adult children. Plenty of room and very clean. Everything was in working order and the area was very safe. There's decent Indian take-out less than a minute away and sports pub a full minute out. Not the best pub food we had during our stay but hit the spot after a long day downtown. There's a Tesco Express close by for stocking up on napkins, milk, coffee, etc. We walked to Notting Hill and Portobello Road Market quite easily and even walked all the way home from dinner by Kensington Gardens on Christmas Day. Perfectly lovely and safe areas to traverse.
Ronan was readily available to answer questions in advance of our arrival and I suspect would have been if we had more during our stay. But as it was, we were quite content and without qualms.
Note the stairs are a bit steep so probably not a great choice for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that, you'll be quite happy.

Why they chose this property
London is such an exciting city with so much to do be it sight seeing or amazing shopping , the apartment is located in a quiet tree lined street and thus offers a safe quiet haven from which to explore the city. It has three double bedrooms which is ideal for family's or groups. as its on two floors it was a quaint house feel but still being close to the centre of the City. The underground links in London are second to none and can get you between stops very quickly. Buy and Oyster Card which gets you discounted rates or just swipe your card at the turnstile.Being on the Central Line its just 16mins to Bond Street 17mins to Oxford Circus. 35mins by Taxi to Heathrow Airport and 40mins to Heathrow Terminal 5.
