The "Casa Marina di San Francesco" is located in a historic building (1864) in the historic centre of Milazzo, overlooking the scenic "Marina Garibaldi" waterfront. All major amenities are within a few metres: a marina with floating docks, restaurants, pizzerias, sandwich shops, bars, tobacco shops, newsstands, pharmacies, supermarkets, and bakeries. The port and the terminal for ships and hydrofoils to and from the Aeolian Islands, as well as the bus station to and from Messina and Catania Airport, are about 600 metres away. The Arab-Norman castle and the historic village—lively with bars and pubs and a vibrant nightlife—are located about 300 metres away. The beaches and beach resorts are extensive, both on the western and eastern sides, and are easily accessible even on foot.

The bathroom features a sink, toilet, bidet, and a spacious shower stall; Adjacent to the bathroom is an utility room with a washing machine and accessories.
The entrance is located on the mezzanine level of the building, with access from Salita San Francesco di Paola, No. 1, which was renovated in 2024. The home has a total area of approximately 42 square metres and is equipped with: air conditioning, TV, an Internet connection, and free Wi-Fi. The residence has a private parking space, and two or more bicycles are available free of charge upon request for exploring the high streets of the city centre. The house overlooks the Lungomare Garibaldi, where there is a private marina with yachts and private boats, as well as services for renting inflatable boats to visit the Capo Milazzo promontory and its splendid Marine Protected Area, which is the destination of guided excursions organised by several diving centers.
