Host that virtually helped with customer interaction was very polite and helpful. If I could deal directly with customer service assistant I would definitely book a room again. Hard to explain concerns with staff that cleaned and maintained room with baseline cleanliness standards being very different.Misleading booking with room detail and outdated pictures. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and amenities were not maintained.
