To be honest the property needed some Tender loving care (TLC). It looked like a project that was still in progress. Exposed electrics above the door (could do with boxing in). Great big chunk out of the plaster on the wall in the bedroom.On the plus side - plenty of hot water for a shower. Modern bathroom. Nice kitchen reasonably equipped (shame previous occupiers had put burn marks and scratches on work surface and inside kitchen cupboards were cracked). Good parkingPositive help - A couple of things would make a difference.1) a couple of coat hooks above shoe rack by the front door2) place mats for the dining table (to protect from hot plates)3) some sort of board left out to put a hot saucepan on to protect kitchen work surface - I found chopping board in drawer which I used but better if left out.Also - cleaner must have known that a bulb had gone in the bathroom when she cleaned it.Overall we enjoyed our stay. Probably priced correctly Not sure I could recommend it to friends though
