Incredible place, location and host! We did not have one single issue with the residence and did not want to leave!! Hennie was a wonderful host and made us feel welcome from the start!! Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay

We had a very Pleasant stay in marvellous surroundings. Big rooms well equipped . Good pool service with daily cleaning. WiFi was okay, but not the best reception i the whole house. Highly recommendable!

Ein Haus wie in einem Roman. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt und es war wundervoll. Grosszügige Räume, tolle Küche, überall Fliegenschutz und ein ganz besonderes Ambiente.

Thank you for your review. The WIFI hasn't been mentioned as an issue to date, so we will raise with the owner to see if the service needs to be improved. We are in the mountains so service will not be as fast as at home, but it should be fine apart from for streaming so this does need investigating. With regards to the location, we are wondering if you didn't download the detailed information pack we send? You can walk to pizzeria/bar in less than 15 mins and the local 'capital' of the area, the market town of Castelnuovo is just over a 5 min drive with all facilities and the very popular medieval town of Barga with its array of very good restaurants, bars, gelateria etc is just a 15 min drive. A day out to Lucca is a must. The pack gives many suggestions for days or afternoons out both locally and further afield and one week is not enough to enjoy these. Das Haus hat für einen Ferienaufenthalt allen Komfort. Die Einrichtung ist gut durchdacht, gemütlich und sauber. Die Umgebung vom Haus ist sehr gepflegt und für Hunde geeignet, Pool sauber, Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und eingezäunt mitten in der Natur mit Sicht auf Berge. Hervorheben möchten wir, dass Hennie als unsere Ansprechperson vor Ort sich sehr um alles gekümmert hat, sie war stets erreichbar und unsere Anliegen sowie Wünsche wurden zeitnah und verbindlich aufgenommen und gelöst. Sie war stets präsent und erfüllte uns sogar den Wunsch, einen Tisch (zusätzlich) zu organisieren, damit wir am morgen das Frühstück in der Sonne einnehmen konnten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden dank Hennie mit ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft und ihrer empathischen Art übertroffen. Sie hat ihren Job auf beste Weise erfüllt und uns damit einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. An dieser Stelle eine grosses Dankeschön!!! Erwähnen möchten wir auch das Engagement von Joel, welcher täglich sich um den Pool und Umgebung sowie Heizung gekümmert hat. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allem übertroffen. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung.

Underbar villa i vacker natur

Perfekt boende för oss som var två familjer. Huset består av två lägenheter som sitter ihop. Lugnt och skönt läge med fantastisk utsikt. Många platser ute för att sitta ute o njuta av vädret. Värden var mycket serviceinriktad och hjälpte till med att både svara på frågor och om vi behövde hjälp med något.
