Great location

Little older condo on Paradise Island. Great location within a few minute walk to the beach and to all that the Atlantis resort has to offer. The condo itself could use some updating, but most of our time was out exploring the area. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The villa is tired & the surrounding complex would benefit from an overhaul & clean up. The villa is basic, however it has everything you need for a few days. Cabbage beach is lovely, but there is only two public access paths to get to the beach. We found the gate closed on one occasion. The problem is that the Atlantis conplex dominates the area. Coupled with many private residencies along the beach, normal people are "encouraged" to assume it isn't available to them. The Bahamas is very expensive & Paradise Island probably the most expensive area. This property is therefore good value for a family of 4, looking for 2 separate bedrooms & living space.
