Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Extremely disappointed

This location and experience are absolutely horrible. The neighborhood is not safe. There is noise around the location. The studio is extremely smaller than described. Also, no one will respond to your calls, emails or inquiry. Even VRBO couldn’t get in contact with them either. The customer service is horrible. They will take your money and scam you with this location. Don’t stay here… you will regret it.

La chambre est toute récente, extrêmement propre et bien décorée, Le plus grand avantage est son superbe emplacement, à seulement 50 mètres d'une rue très commerçante et à 2 minutes à pied d'un métro, L'hôte est très réactif, la literie est confortable et les équipements sont comparables à ceux d'un hôtel - bouilloire, frigo, produits de salle de bain, assiettes, verres et couverts, Cependant, il y a certains inconvénients tels que la procédure d'enregistrement est très compliquée, nécessitant une marche de 10 minutes à un hôtel délabré, qui n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce, Le wifi n'était pas activé, la télévision n'était pas configurée, le sèche-cheveux manquait et l'eau chaude était limitée, Globalement, l'espace est un peu serré, mais convenable pour une personne de taille normale, Suite à mes plaintes, l'hôte a fait preuve de bonne foi en me remboursant partiellement,
